Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Kingsport

I dont know if the owner Daniel Morrison or whoever the supervisor is has just given up on Lynn Garden Pizza Plus but good lord it's awful. I hadn't been in a very long time, and now I remember why. Food is subpar, pizza dough was like chewing rubber, no parmesan cheese on tables, floor was sticky. Where are the uniforms or the dress code? People wearing street clothes, the guy that waited on us had holes in his jeans from his pockets to the bottom of the hem. He pulled up a chair and stat right down to take our order.The women's clothes were no better and I go to the counter and everyone's Vapes and drink cups just sitting there. Everyone had their purses and jackets just laid up in the front booth which tells me thats probley where they sit most the time, and smoking right at the side door so when the drive thru was open a cloud of smoke just boiled in. I had to scoot stuff over to just be able to sign my tab on the counter.. Now the employees were nice enough but there is definitely no pride left in that place. I worked for pizza plus for over 15 yrs and I helped manage that store and a few others and Wow I am just shocked beyond shocked that a store back in the day that made over 10k on most "slow" nights probley makes about 2k. The guy sounded shocked he had 10 buffet orders on a Sunday. He said busiest he had seen....really? TEN? ..and on a Sunday? Just 10 people in there from 11 to 2? I just am at a loss. Take the time and just drive down to Pizza Plus in W. Carters Valley it is way better. Do better Lynn...

I'd like to say first off that I've had Pizza Plus before and it's not bad at all. I'd also like to say that I work in the resturant industry and I have never had an employee of any type of establishment talk to me so rudely as this place did. We ordered a few pizzas and as soon as the price was told we were hung up on. The price for two large pizzas with a few toppings sounded a little too pricey for our taste so we immediately called back to cancel and the employee so rudely snapped that it already left the building....I explained that there was no way that could be the case as we just got off the phone within minute. I then had that same employee curse at me telling me that I don't know how long it takes to make an f#@$ing pizza. Excuse me? I actually do know how long it takes to make a pizza and I can bet that they hadn't even put the sauce on the dough when I called back. I will never eat at any Pizza Plus's in the future if this is how they let their employees talk to a customer. All I wanted to do was cancel my order within a reasonable time frame because the price was a little too high for my wallet...

I placed an order on line tonight at 6pm. The receipt in my email said it would arrive by 6:45. That sounded about right because I do live in church hill. By 715 my pizza was still not here so I started calling trying to figure it out. No one answered. I tried 3 times and no one answered. Finally about 5 min till 8 a young boy shows up. He dosent even park in my driveway, he parks in the road next to us and walks thru my flower garden. I probably did get a little cross with him and shouldn't have, it probably was not his fault. He said they had alot of deliveries. Well the right thing to do is to call, text, do something to explain theres a delay. He just kinda stared at me when I refused to sign the paper showing I got my food. I had left directions to text me when getting close so I could watch for the delivery and put it on the table on my porch. None of this was done . Needless to say my food had to be heated, it was barely warm. All of this is unacceptable. I should have read the other bad reviews before I blew 30.00 on a Lukewarm pizza. They lost my buisness and word of...
