love barbaritos, with that said, its been a tough couple years or so for the fast food industry. rising costs causing cutbacks. though i can understand that im hoping that is the only case. normally i pickup from there or eat in. this time i chose delivery from uber eats. found out, any issues with a restaurant needs to be delt with uber eats. not the place where you bought it. so if you have an issue, you may be out of luck as uber eats doesnt refund your order. i was luckily enough to get a small credit. so pick up your order yourself if you want to eat home and cant eat at the place. as far as the food. normally i eat there. get burrito or salad. pay the extra cost for extra chicken or beef. normally the quality was good for the price. quantity is ok. i dont expect a caddilac for the price of a bmx bike. when i am there the burrito is STUFFED, even if i do not ask for more of a certain veggie to add in its a monster. not the past couple of times ive taken it home, or this time from delivery. much less was used and put inside the burrito. the amount of the tortilla left before the picture i took could have easily had more put inside it and not cause an issue with wrapping. ive had it mega stuffed before and it was able to be closed. normally id say ok, maybe it will be different next time, but not at the price uber eats charges. $14 for the burrito! its cheaper at barbarritos itself! the salad bowl? i ordered fiesta salad i guess one can call it. spinach for the leaf veggie. there was hardly any of it in there. i had more of the corn salsa in it with black beans than the spinach and extra chicken i paid for in that as well. it barely filled the half way mark of the salad was never given the dressing i ordered with the salad either. there was choice of 2. i got 1 on it which was the southwest ranch. tortilla bowl. that was $10. for convenience i chose barbarrttos to be delivered. seems to me as if the order was rushed though and just grabed with a spoon and put in there to finish it. thought id have the same quality and quantity of food as actually being inside the place....
Read moreTo Whom It May Concern, It takes a great deal for me to complain, but I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the consistently poor service and inaccurate orders I have been receiving from your establishment recently. I am genuinely fed up with the ongoing issues. A few weeks ago, we placed an order for pick-up only to discover that our food was incorrect. Bafflingly, the order had my name on it, and it appears that the staff switched my order with another customer who also happened to share my name. This was already inconvenient and frustrating. More recently, today, around 6:50 PM, I picked up another order. Before leaving the parking lot this time, I checked the contents and immediately noticed the avocado slices I paid for ($2+) were missing. When I brought this to the attention of your staff, I was informed that you were out of avocado and, inexplicably, unable to offer a refund. As a substitute, I was offered guacamole, which I accepted, though reluctantly. However, upon arriving home, I discovered another major error: my taco salad was completely missing the chicken. This is unacceptable. This is not the first time I have ordered a bowl/taco salad from your restaurant and arrived home to find it lacking the chicken/meat I paid for. I truly don't understand what is happening with the quality control and order accuracy at your restaurant. I hate to complain, but the repeated errors and inconsistencies are simply unacceptable. I am spending my hard-earned money and, in return, receiving incorrectly prepared orders and a lack of attention to detail. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address the issues highlighted above. I would appreciate it if you could explain what measures will be put in place to prevent these issues from recurring. Make sure with online orders. Explain to the customer at pickup such and such is not avl at this time. Also no refunds online orders. Cause the way it seems is yall just keep the money when a customer don’t say...
Read moreYesterday was my 35th birthday party. We were having a fiesta theme and catered Barberitos fajita bar for 20 people through EZ catering. Order was accepted from Barberitos days before the event with EZ catering confirming even the day of the event the delivery and set up for 6 pm from Barberitos. 630pm came and no one was here and no one called to let me know anyone would be late. I called Ez catering who contacted the restaurant who stated the “manager on duty” had overlooked the order but could have it delivered in 45 minutes. Ez cater offered to comp half the order total which was around $300 to which I had to accept the late delivery because I’m in the middle of a party with people waiting to eat so what else could I do?
Waited an hour to give them time to be late (again) before calling to check on the status of the order again. Was told this time Barberitos was canceling the order and would not fulfill it an hour and a half after my party started while people are waiting to eat. I was told due to the refusal of the restaurant to complete the order the only thing EZ catering could do was offer me a full refund and they were sorry.
I want to state I have Barberitos cater events for work frequently and it is one of my staffs Favorite places to eat but no one from my party will be back to Barberitos ever.
They ruined my event leaving us to order pizza two hours into a party. Their unprofessionalism is atrocious. The manager did not care and was unsympathetic. I really can’t believe the absurdity of the situation even a day later after I’ve had time to cool down and reevaluate my thoughts.
Barberitos poor management and lack of attention and empathy for their customers has lost my business, my parties business and my company’s business for life. No apology is acceptable at this point.
I do not recommend this establishment to anyone and urge you to take your business elsewhere to someone who appreciates it and will fulfill your orders...
