Beware and check your receipt when paying. Went in today to get a sandwich, ordered a giant #56 cheese steak with double meat. Went to pay and they rang me up for 2 full sandwiches, the total was $40. I didn’t order anything else, only the sandwich. I immediately caught this and challenged the price. All of the employees working said that the regional manager told them recently to start charging customers for 2 full sandwiches when someone orders double meat. I asked them to immediately call a manager or owner about this policy and they changed the price to lower it. Not sure if it’s the kids running a scam or if the regional manager is actually that big of an idiot to instruct employees to do this. The owner should investigate this immediately. Read moreI usually never have problem out if this store, ever. I am a Dasher. I'm here a lot. I don't appreciate the attitude that the senior citizen african american lady just had with me. Some dashers aren't as experienced as me, and don't know to get their order off the table. Also my customer through door dash, their order was called in far before people that came in after me, and sub still not had been started. I am very observant, and I payed attention to that. Couldn't use my card or get my shore points due to internet being intermittent. Was told they will place the order manually upon internet working.
