Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kingsport

Y'all don't even deserve one star. The managers Ben and Allison treat their employees so badly. Seeing the way they talk down to their employees over simple mistakes is a prime example of managers abusing their power. With how often I went to this Little Caesar's, no matter how busy their store is, I always see the manager Ben and/or Allison near the back on their phones or in the front with their noses in a computer - leaving one employee keeping up with sheet outs and dress, and one employee to keep up with landing and register. That's even during high volume times like federal holidays and the 5 o'clock rushes. All the managers here are also guilty of going outside to smoke cigarettes during high volume times, leaving (most of the time) one or, at best, two employees by themselves in the store. The only time they actually help their employees and treat them kindly is when the district manager Dustin is there. I worked at this Little Caesar's years ago with fantastic co-workers and managers that knew how to trust and respect their employees. I frequent this location several times in a month. Tonight was not acceptable. I first have a hair in my pizza after I get it home I called the store for 15-18 min and no one answered the phone when you had 5-6 people working. The hair was not of my nationality and the slice was straight out the box. There was a young boy that mentioned pizza been 5 hours old and I expressed I hope and pray I’m not getting one of those. The same young boy was playing music so loud that was offensive with cussing and slang words that I asked whom stated they was a manger does she think it’s appropriate play that kind of music with children at that time and a few others as customers in the store. She said I was going to tell him turn it down. Heck when after I mentioned it. Then where you cut the pizza you have a young girl phone in hand texting watching something pizza comes out she slices pizza and hands dirty from her phone. For the most part it is 85% ok but tonight to much foolishness business hours. Not looking for free food $6 lost just either need hair nets and gloves...

Love the classic pepperoni!! We order that, and the breadstick/crazy sauce combo! Just under $10 and well worth it when you just tired from working and don't feel like coming home to cook. Plenty of the toppings. One constant dislike, I don't understand why they are so consistently, well I have to say it, Greedy on the sauce distribution?! It's just WAY too little, to No Sauce, and unfortunately, this is with Every Classic pepperoni I've ever bought. Fortunately, the pizza is still pretty good with this fact, plus the affordability, it's not something I let bother me to say anything, But I do wish they would add some sauce, it's just not Any on there!! Besides this, no other complaints from me.. these pizzas are, Most times, it's "hot and ready" and a quick in and out! convenience is a major plus too!! Thanks Little Ceasars!!
