McDonald's — Restaurant in Kingsport

My bf and I had to be at his daughter's concert tonight right after work. So my 3 kids, my bf, and myself hasn't had dinner and figured we'd just swing by and grab some Mickey D's. We spent 20 dollars all together, within that order we had 5 ranch grilled snack wraps. Now I work fast food myself, and know their are things we don't keep prepped, but soon as we get an ordered of something that isn't, we immediately drop,start preparing right away. Well, after 5 min, they say they have our whole order, all but the grilled chicken, that if we wanted crispy we could go ahead and get, if not, it would be about 4 more min. So for starters, if we wanted crispy, we would of said that from the start. That to me, is just laziness, trying to do least as possible. So,we wait. Well, get home and I took may be 3 bites of my wrap. Its was just slapped together, which i would have over looked beings I'm obviously Hungary at this point. BUT THE CHICKEN WASMT EVEN DONE!!! They had already 6 if not more employees, that I seen anyways that was all up front. Where I work, this time of night, we have 2, MAYBE 3. THIER IS NO EXCUSE, NO REASON, that our food, especially after waiting as long as we did, to not have been done, and for that matter, been just slapped together. Needless to say, I'm livid. This McDonald's and the one on ft Henry is about the same difference from my house. Seems it doesn't matter which one I go to, theirs ALWAYS...

I went thru drive thru..I sd I have a paper coupon for buy one get one free breakfast sandwich...lady as ok what would u lk I sd two sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins 2 hash browns...pulled up to window..had coupon in hand and cc..handed cc was prepared to hand coupon lady takes card gives me receipt and tells me to pull up..2nd window lady as what did u have I repeated buy one get one mcmuffin 2 hash browns she sd to pull and wait. Lady comes out says u only paid for one if u want other u have to pay. I sd I had coupon told lady when ordered..she went back inside came out and sd my manager says you have to pay for other one. I sd get manager..he comes out and instead of taking ownership for their mistake he tells me its my responsibility to tell the lady who took order to tell her AGAIN I have coupon so I need to pay for it!! I sd WHAT? So every restaurant tells u to tell them u have coupon when ordering..I did that..it employees job to put in the coupon not me so ate you telling me McDonald's has some new way of accepting coupons and your gonna blame customer for coupon not being applied?? That's crazy! I don't work here! He didn't own up to that horrible customer service, was rude and there were 4 trips made to my car by 2 different people to get my order which is now cold! Manger didn't have name tag and wouldn't give me his name. This was o Monday 12/3/2018...

The night shift is very unprofessional. A lot of immaturity. My fiance goes to order food . She has a speech impediment. Trying to order food . The dude taking the order not only rushes her . But makes a joke out of her . And makes fun of her and laughs through the mic . He is around 18/ 19 years old dude with black jeans and a tucked in shirt . Idk if he is new ,or the manager let's him wear what ever he wants . He didn't even have a name tag . And the receipt we got didn't have his name on it. We had to wait for our food also . Although the line that we were in was going pretty fast . I don't understand why we had to wait so long for our order to be made . Hopefully you guys check the cameras the night of the 10/14/22 on a Friday . When we did recieve our food. We didn't even get a sorry for your wait . Or do you need any sauces , a straw or napkins . It was a complete mess . And I hope this reaches corporate. I don't see replies to any comments on the reviews from mc Donald's establishment. Looks like this place needs a entire change of people including all management staff. I still don't understand how someone can make fun of someone who has a...
