When they bring you the wrong food, leave it on your table, then bring you the correct food, expect them to charge you for the food you DIDN'T order (the food they brought by mistake). The toddler does not like hard tacos so when they brought that instead of soft - he still needed the soft that was ordered so that he would eat. When it was left on our table well after the correct food was brought, someone else on the table opted to eat that instead of the rest of their ordered meal because one would be good later and one would not be. It's just wasteful to throw it away but if thats their practice - they needed to remove it from the table just like how they brought it to the table. I'm not paying for your mistake and it's a shame I had to firmly declare that for it to be taken off the ticket. When you make a mistake - you have to eat the cost of that mistake. We ordered an app, 2 entres and a kids meal - it's not like we had cheaply ordered to begin with.

We use to eat there 1-2x a week after gymnastics but not we won't be back after they tried charging us food we didnt order and INSISTED we pay for it because it was eaten (not by the person who ordered it and in partial replacement of an ordered entre). My family of 5 went in tonight for a family night out for dinner. We got there and they sat us 5 at a table for only 4 and pulled a chair up to it for us to use. No room on the table to eat. Our food comes out and my order is completely wrong, so I let them know and she asked do I want it fixed of course. By the time it get refixed and out to me my family had already finished eating so I didn’t get to eat :( sadly we had to ask every time we saw someone to get us drinks bc no one would get us refills. Went to leave and pay and the dude was so rude when I asked why he was gonna do wan out my food being messed up and me not getting to eat. He started getting a little ugly and said I’ll have to call the owner and he comes up front and he was just as rude as his employees. I will not be back this is uncalled for. My 3 kids had no reason to see them be so ugly about everything. While waiting they just kept walking by staring and talking god only knows what they were saying about me and my family but you were professional at all. I don’t like complaining but I don’t do the ugly and rude stuff. I will not be recommending this...

I have never had such bad service at La Carreta before! My friend and I just wanted a quick bite to eat so we stopped by. We get seated and wait about 6-8 mins before our waiter even comes to get our drinks order (he was busy I understand) so by now we are ready to order. He gets our drinks order and runs away. We ordered a coke and a water. A totally different person comes by and brings us 2 waters. We tell this girl we are ready to order and that we ordered a coke not another water. So our waiter stops back by and gets out a pen to take our order and so before I order I say "my friend didn't get a water she got a coke" he says oh okay right! So he LEAVES again. About 2 mins later he comes out of the kitchen with a huge drink tray, (about 7 drinks) stops by our table to drop off a coke and starts to walk away! I stop him and say I just need an order of Nachos. He says to me in a hateful tone "give me JUST a minute." We were infuriated. We just walked out. They acted like we were a burden. We had been there a total amount of 10 mins and all we had was a coke, 2 waters, and 2 menus...
