Pal's Sudden Service — Restaurant in Kingsport

We grabbed some dinner on the way out of town last night an boy I'm glad we stopped at Pal's! The service was great (Sorry Mary! we had a good experience) from the friendly gal at the order window to the fast window service on the other side of the building. It seemed the team was running on all cylinders.

Now onto the burgers and such. We are a couple of not-so-small guys who were hungry coming off of the Warrior's Path golf course. We got a couple of the 'Big Pals' burgers and a fry to share. Wow, these were great burgers! with couple of large patties and bacon and cheese and just enough fixin's to make it all so tasty. And BIG. I thought about writing this review last night as we drove north on I-81 but the burger coma was not to be denied! These BIG burgers filled my mens-size-large hands and satisifed my meat desires and then some. The fries were classic thin fries, hot and salty. My chocolate shake was probably a 3 lb catch and stayed cold in the styrofoam cups until I was ready for desert.

My kids have had Pals almost everyday not everyday but like 3 times a week for their whole lives , i have definitely spent my annual salary there in the past 15 years , so i have nothing bad i can say, they spoil us there, because we order the frenchie fries with extra heat which makes them stay hot til u get home with the food, i must say its pretty darn good , i started that about 10 years ago cause by the time we got home with the food it would be chilly and the fries would be soggy almost. So i thought i wonder what if we ordered the fries well done , and we did and it worked perfectly. And to boot, my kids especially my son , Loves pals so much, his 11th bday cake was a pals sudden service cake 🎂 no kiddin. So yeah thanks pals , if you need some promoters we are your crew ! Great food and crew. Very few errors with orders over the years (they'll always happen anywhere from time to time). Building is well-maintained. Quick service. Menu has a variety of items.
