Like most other fast food restaurants (excluding pals & a few others), don't go to this burger king expecting your order to be right. After a few times of receiving messed up orders I decided to call and tell them. Some woman named Amber wanted to play 21 questions. Didn't offer to replace the order, just the item that was missing. Also wanted my first and last name and to know exactly what time tomorrow I would be back. The way it sounded, they have a pretty long list of people. She referred to our order as the "big order that she remembers from a few minutes ago." It was two breakfast meals so calling it a "big order" doesn't justify stuff being left out of the order. It's pathetic. How hard is it to put the right stuff in a bag? You have a receipt to look at and make sure it's all there... assuming whoever taking the order was even listening. Fast Food. Read moreI never have a good experience here. I went and ordered a bunch of food for a myself and friends. I ordered 20 nuggets, 2 large fries, 2 whoppers with cheese, a bacon, cheese, chicken sandwich, and a Sourdough King double patty. The 2 large fries had and old nasty taste to them. The 2 whoppers' buns were hard and there was no cheese on them. Even though I paid extra for the cheese. The chicken sandwich was thin and dry. And the Sourdough King... I dont know what received, but it was not what I paid for. Not at all correct.
On top of that half the staff is young kids, which is fine. The other half just look like they have drug habits and some are missing teeth. Overall not a professional store. I would not recommend going to this...

Employees outside in back just chit chatting (smoke break maybe, I don't know). Employees inside and outside of restaurant saw me. No one opened the door. No one offered an apology or excuse.
