The Scooter's drive-thru is fast and thorough. If you are running late (or not) and are looking for a delicious beverage to start, pick-up, or end your day, this is the place you should be spending your hard earned money.

As an avid coffee connoisseur and Scooter's patron, I must say this is one of the most welcoming drive-thru coffee shops I have been to. Both, management and the teammates are terrific. Each individual is pleasant, knowledgeable about the menu, personable and accommodating to your preferences/needs.

The breakfast food is scrumptious. I recommend the maple waffle sandwich, spicy sausage burrito with salsa, everything bagel sandwich, and ooh, the cookies. The beverage selection is unique with a wide variety of coffee choices, energy Infusion drinks, kid's items, smoothies, teas, and limited time products.

My favorite distinction between Scooter's and other coffee shops is their ability to make almost any candy bar coffee flavor you fancy. Yesterday, I had a large, Mounds Bar, blended coffee with two extra shots of espresso. Perfecto! I also enjoy the SCOOTS! Energy Infusion, Prickly Pear flavor, made with Scooter's exclusive energy drink that contains less sugar and calories than others.

Their app is user friendly and allows point collection for free items, ordering ahead, and information about new items.

I'm a New Yorker (Yes, One of those Yankees...lol), and I frequently visit the Tennessee region for extended durations. Yesterday I happened to stop through Scooter's Coffee located in Colonial Heights, TN, (Kingsport area). I was previously unaware of Scooter's Coffee. I decided to give them a try. I purchased coffee & a misc food item. Everything was excellent! The young woman at the drive-thru window, who had handled my transaction and purchase, was so very friendly, professional, cheerfully courteous, and, as I briefly chatted with her, she also has a wonderful sense of humor too! (a personality trait that we NYers love when chatting with people). Also, when placing my initial order via the drive-thru speaker, I thought it was delightfully cute when, after placing the order, she said something to the effect "Thank you for your order. Please 'scoot' on up to the window". Loved it! Thank you for putting up with this NYer and my 'joking around' and thank all of you for also having such a wonderful sense of humor too! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Prickly Pear energy drink infusion 😍. They stopped using Red Bull and now use a proprietary energy drink but you can't tell the difference. I kinda hoped that would allow them to lower the price, however that's not happening. I think they used to only have one size in this and now they do have a larger size, that one -after tax- is almost $8. For that reason I pretty much only go here when they send out the coupons in the mail 😮 I've never had to wait long in line here (I also try to not go when I know it's gonna be busy). The staff working at the drive thru are always really nice and easy to talk to. Overall it's a great place and great drinks (again I only get the infusions but I have SMELLED the coffee when I drive thru and it smells AMAZING). The only reason it gets 4 stars and not 5 is that price tag. I just can't justify the cost for a drink, that's not my lifestyle.
