Starbucks — Restaurant in Kingsport

Everytime I come here it's so inconsistent. Even the price is different for the same item. It's never good. They never have cold brew. Everytime I try and order something they ask me a million questions like they don't even know what they're supposed to do. This time I just wanted the salted caramel cold brew but they were out so I ordered a Carmel iced coffee with cream and sugar and they asked me if I wanted Carmel drizzle or syrup and acted like neither was normal to get. Then he asked if I wanted milk I said no and he handed It to me with no creamer which I had already asked for. He asked me what kind of sugar. Like how am I supposed to know. They always act like I'm stupid and am supposed to know everything. Then I take a sip and it tastes like straight water. Dunkin donuts never does this amd they always get my order right no...

20240404 This is an Ingles Starbucks. Although it would accept the scan on the app for purchase, it doesn't appear to recognize what I bought. This means it doesn't go toward the extra rewards that I'm trying to earn. I should have earned my extra 50 points with this purchase. Fortunately, I will be going to another Starbucks later today since I still have 4 hours to drive... and going tomorrow for sure. 20240325 the barista was nice and attentive. If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would.. came in and waited 10 mins to order behind one guy who ordered a brownie. Guess the cashier was waiting for printer paper for receipts from the other worker who was sitting down for at least 5 mins of my wait then she finally went to get the paper and came back with cell phone in hand put the paper in and didn't even wait til she was out from behind counter before jumping back on her phone. So...
