The staff are always friendly; however my order is constantly wrong. I use the mobile app to be able to be in and out, and to clearly indicate what I want, but it’s always a mess whether it’s swapping oat milk (disgusting) for skim milk, or serving bagel minis cold with the cream cheese still slightly frozen, it’s a disaster. Two mornings in a row this week is what’s making we right this review. I had to pay for a second coffee after my commute into the city at 530am because it was undrinkable for the second day in a row. I ordered 2 donuts and 1 ice tea with less ice and 2 liquid sugar. Then it came out 3 donuts and the tea with 3 white sugar. I said I want liquid sugar, the staff said you should said it next time before she made a new one (she poured out the tea out of the original.) 😠 After checking the receipt, 3 donuts and 3 sugar were listed.
