You know you are in an authentic Mexican taqueria/meat market when you see a cooked whole head of a cow in the hot food window. There was one girl, who spoke English, who helped translate my order. It was early and I hadn't had any caffeine yet so my habla Espanol was not working at all. đ I got a few birra tacos that were yummy! I also got some breakfast tacos that were good, but basic (I ordered egg and bean only). They didn't have any egg and potato, as another reviewer stated. I was hoping they'd have some, but I guess they don't carry them. Lastly, I got half a dozen pollo tamales. They were large for tamales! The chicken was juicy, spicy and flavorful! Lol Thatâs my favorite so I had to go back to Alma Latina and remove a star for that. đ I love breakfast tacos and it was already a little after noon so I googled breakfast tacos & this came up and had great reviews so I sent my bf a screen shot to go by there and check it out and SO GLAD I DID! Delicious! I loved my potato & egg tacos and my bf loved the chorizo & egg tacos. He brought home tamales, too. Those are good as well. Weâre definitely going back! Thank goodness someone there spoke english bc my bf is as white as they come. đ...

I donât understand how the owners promote healthy living but they dare to sell that poor excuse of produce. Also the âmaquinitasâ in the back right next to the produce sectionâŠ. No words. This place needs a big face lift. Other than that, the meat is always good and fresh. Never had an issue with the workers but it would be nice if they greeted you like in La Michoacana. I only come here if I...
