This taco truck is great. I went there craving a quesadilla but tried a new dish instead. Tacos Tlaquepaque. This was a delicious choice and one I will be back for in the near future. They are made with shredded beef similar to Barbacoa or brisket meat and the red sauce comes in a baggie so you can add as much as you like. The size of the tortillas is street taco size and they are doubled. The Masa of the tortilla is a red color. You are given a lime wedge and a baggie with cilantro and onion. This is a small taco stand, but it packs a mighty punch with the flavors. One of the few places to find street tacos de tripita. The salsa is hot, the drinks are cold, and the service is good if you don't have too many orders in your group. This is probably one of the best taco trucks I have ever been too. The lady and what I am assuming is her son were super friendly and just them alone makes you want to come back.
