Came to this Hardee’s it took forever. My fries were cold the drive through employee by the name of Keyzia stood on her phone for 5 minutes right infront of us at the window texting on it in plain view. She finally took our payment after five minutes of texting right in front of us. Then, when I went to go return my fries, she told me that I need to mind my own business and do what I Gotta do because I told the manager That it didn’t look very professional for his employees to be on their phones right in front of customers, and she escalated and started yelling at me across the counter this was my first time at Hardee’s and it will definitely be mine and my family‘s last time at Hardees. Worst experience ever takes forever, and the food was not good either not satisfied. I don’t recommend going to this place. The people there are very slow, rude and unprofessional. very disappointed my 18 month old daughter‘s food was hard as a rock. It was a grilled cheese and you could use it as a weapon that is so messed up get food for your children and can’t even feed them because Hardee’s can’t provide a good clean meal cooked correctly. I am so mad right...

Where do I start. The cashier Cyrus, did not greet us even after I said hi how are you... we told him dine in, ordered and then waited...funny we were the only customers in the store. Another guy came in ordered and got his food before us. 5 cars in the drive thru got their food 1st. When my husband went back up to the counter I heard, OH where is my frisco....oh why am I waiting do long. Then they put it in a Togo bag, we said dine in. When asked we were told oh we only put the food in bags. Really??? We watched Cyrus go sit down and play on his phone. Gets better, fries were cold, my burger was hard. When we went to leave, we had to ask for medium lids and were told, we don't have any. REALLY? Then how are you giving out medium drinks in the drive thru? Someone came out and handed us to lids and said we are really low on lids so are saving them for the drive thru. I will say the young man who was emptying the trash did greet us before we walked in, I wish I got his name HE needs a raise. I will not be back to...
