The people that work here are absolutely the best. So friendly and nice very helpful and there's this one gal that's outstanding. Such a crazy any very funny personality that brings a wonderful atmosphere to what can be a very busy crazy place during certain time's and days. Thursday through Sunday about 4:30 5:00 until about 8:00 or so you can expect to have a little bit of a wait time as they can get so busy if you're going to pick up your order you'll see first hand the crazy ness that this poor crew goes through to get your orders done with a quality made pizza or sides and doesn't seem to let that angry impatient rude loud customer that is cussing them out because when they placed the order online it said your order will be ready for pick up in 20 min but when they arrive there told it's going to be a bit as we're about an hour out. Effect the atmosphere in that store they just continue with their crazy happy helpful little selves especially the one gal I have had the pleasure of her assistance with my order and while some might think she's a nut the majority of us find her a wonderful energetic funny and eager to help all to have a great experience with her bubbly personality that you can't help but smile and laugh as you leave with your order feeling like that was the best place with the best friendliest crazy energetic people I've seen in a long time and you will definitely be back so if you're looking for some good eats and crazy wild friendly up beat atmosphere to hang out until your food is ready go to Domino's on Baltimore in Kirksville MO you'll be glad you did. They also deliver to you and if you're lucky you will get the driver that always has a smile and so happy and always positive and likes to listen and sings to her Christian music all the way to your door I've never seen anyone like that so affected by a radio station playing music crazy and remember if your having your order delivered the delivery fee charged on your order is NOT a tip to your driver so please be kind and show your appreciation for all the help drivers do to bring your order to you and tip them well after all these guys are just trying to survive and make a living too Now go get your pizza go on now place your order and enjoy your in for a...

Ok..this started because I had a free pizza credited to my account. In Moline Illinois they messed up our order. So Dominos said we'd get a free pizza from a Dominos., in my email. When I clicked on the link to redeem the coupon in Kirksville it brought me to the app to place order. I tried to place the order but didn't get credit for the free pizza. So I called the store here in town. I waited on hold with Dominos, repeatedly hearing a recording saying..your call is now first in line etc... Then I was like ok let's see how long it takes for this to play out. My husband said we'll I'm getting hungry so just order on line don't worry about the replacement pizza. So I did place an order online. But I also remained on hold. Had considered claiming that I was a secret shopper and they failed. But I don't know if I would have gone through with it because they never answered. Or pizzas were delivered as the recording again assured us we were next in line. Still tipped the driver..but hung up the phone after 2 hours. So..don't call..they ain't there Now this is the next day..I am currently on hold..with Dominos again. I was hoping to talk to the manager or owner about last nights confusion. But they are not answering even right now. I have been on hold for 20 minutes..

Thin crust is the best, but the pizza isn't very good the next day. It dries up fast and gets hard quicker than other pizza.

Worst thing about Dominoes is their gift cards! You can't enter them online or on their app for a way to pay for your items later. They let you enter a credit card, but the only way you can use a gift card is when you're placing your order. And it only uses the amount of your order, it can not be added to your account for future orders. I know many places allow this, but not Dominoes. It's like they want you to lose your gift card, so you're out the $ you paid for it. Increasing the likelihood the card will never be used (which is clearly their goal).
