Hardee’s — Restaurant in Kirksville

I had a coupon & wanted no condiments on my burger except pickles. First they insisted on doubling the price after I showed them the coupon. Finally I got them to understand I only wanted one burger. Even when receipt said no condiments except pickles, when I got home there were no pickles, but there was a quarter inch of Mayo on BOTH sides of the burger (I didn't want mayo) & you could see where they kind of half way wiped off the ketchup so they wouldn't have to do a new 1/4 lb Frisco burger. I was do disgusted that I only ate the burger, cheese & bacon with no bun because of the slathering of mayo all over it. I doubt I'll ever go there again. The only time I used to go was when I had a coupon, and they used to get it right, but with twice in a row trying to overcharge me and not even coming close to getting my order right, I'll not waste my money or time going...

This Hardee's has great breakfast items at an amazing price, but the lunch/dinner menu isn't all so great. Service takes a long time as well as not knowing if your food will be hot or just warm. The best part about lunch/dinner service is the curly fries. I'd say the tenders as well, but they take a long while to make. I've never understood why service couldn't just drop a basket when at least one or two vehicles pull up. This Hardee's has potential, and I would like to see that come up a bit.
