This location is just terrible! No matter if you go in or to the drive through, expect to wait a good 15+ minutes for your food. I dislike having to wait 15+ mins when there no once in there for my food. I expect with that kind of wait my food would fresh and hot but nope! It’s always cold. I even have to specify fresh fries and half the time they don’t give them to me. You always have to check your food because they always mess up on a order somehow. I dislike paying for my food then having a lengthy weight only to turn around and go back inside with my receipt because they didn’t make my food right. Last time I asked for them to Fix my order of a sausage muffin and they had given me a egg McMuffin and told me well you can just pick that off. I had to ask them if they knew about food Allentown’s safety and the cashier scoffed rolled her eyes and went to get fresh food after I told them that while they’re at it, my fries are now cold and my ice cream was melting. They need to be better organized and they have staff in hand but they don’t need to be so rude either. Sure I’m lazy and want some fast food so please make it the way I like it. It keeps them employed and if they don’t like doing their job then they are in the wrong field. The wait time is a big thing for me because when you are in a hurry or on a lunch break, you cannot enjoy your food. I don’t have time to wait 15+ mins for my order only to turn around 9 out of 10 to have them correct my order and wait another 15+ mins inside. I’ve got to the point I’ve asked them for a refund and the manger on duty acted like she didn’t want to do that. I don’t have time to argue and exchange my food. I’d prefer to have my food made quickly the right way or refund me. If I had 30 mins to kill today be at home making my own food. Also, I really hate how most of the food is just slipped together. I understand fast food but again, workers should take pride. How many times have you eaten something driving or even in the car or inside the restaurant and you end up trying to eat your food and it’s so messy? I’ve had several occasions were I was tired of waiting for my food and upon discovering my food was too messy to eat I ended up throwing my food away. Who wants to order happy meals and other food for their little children when it’s this messy? It’s just absolutely ridiculous how this establishment is at the South location. I’ve called corporate before on them and it’s too bad they don’t have a customer service number open 24/7 for situations that...
Read moreMost of the time I come here I enjoy it. I even bring my toddler here to eat because it's a fun environment. This time however was different. I showed up with my son in his car seat to the drive through line backed up to the entrance so I pull into the curbside spot 1 to try and be at the line. Well 5 mins into the wait, out pulls the person who pulled in ahead of me who took the drive through line. Well fast forward ten minutes and so I call to see what the hold up is just to get talked to by some kid in the rudest tone as he tells me that it's false that the line has beaten me. So he continues to talk over me and when I have to raise my voice to talk over him so I can finish my sentence he hangs up on me. I call back several times until finally I get an answer from the manager who also hangs up on me before rushing my food out like it had been waiting the whole time. Which, judging by my cold sandwich, it was waiting about as long as I was. Total time I spent there for one McChicken... 20min. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero customer service skills. No...

Notes about this location in particular:
Their drive through is faster and more accurate than average.
They haven't yet made the transition to those abhorrent self service kiosks.
If you plan on ordering inside be prepared to wait. The majority of their attendants at the front counter are slow at taking orders and you'll likely have to repeat your order 3-4 times. Once you get said order it's likely wrong.
If you're looking for polite and professional service go elsewhere.
The lobby will likely be filthy.
You're likely to overhear the employees loud, crude, workplace inappropriate private conversations or listen to their apathetic management yelling at emoloyees unconstructively.
If you happen to have an issue that needs to be brought to managerial attention:...
