I should have gotten the manager's name, however, I forgot to do that part. To begin, my brother and I had a bad experience around the St Louis area. However, we were hungry for chicken and KFC was closed. So I pulled into Sonic at which my brother said, "Ooh my this place sucks!" I tried to assure us both that, NO! This place was going to be different.!" So again I ordered us the same thing as we got in St Louis which was a number 11 I believe, crispy chicken tender. It came with tater tots and we wished to have onion rings. When our order came out, I told my brother to check the boxes. Low and behold it came with tater tots and one onion ring.🤔 Not this time, "I said"! I rang the buzzer and told the lady I was pretty sure I had substituted the tater tots for onion rings. She said someone was coming out to speak with me. He asked what the problem was and I told him. He said he was sorry and he would bring tater tots right away. One thing I told him was different at least his was hot crunchy and good where St Louis was cold and soggy, 🤮 So I can say we actually had a good meal...
Read moreWe ordered 2 drinks on the app, one of those being a Sonic Recharger. They only brought us 1 drink & informed us they were out of Red Bull & could not make the Recharger. They offered us another drink, so we just got a Cherry Coke & asked for a refund of the price difference. We were told they could not give us a refund, we would need to call the number on the receipt. I asked to speak to the manager & she was of no help, just basically said call the number. So I called & waited on hold. Finally a female who was very hard to understand answered & I explained our experience & asked for a refund. After about 5 minutes of her trying to gather all the information about our order she informed me it would be 7-10 business days & I should have my refund. I was not pleased with this answer & was talking about how this was very poor customer service when she hung up on me. Who knows if I will get my refund!!
Update 12/11/24.....still have not received a refund & it's been 12 business days since this has happened. Very poor...
Read moreYears ago Sonic was good but the last two times we have been there have been ridiculously poor. They can't get the orders right even though we repeated it twice to be sure they had it correct. The girl who repeated the order back to us spoke so fast that we could not even understand what she was saying and then she immediately cut off the mic so that we couldn't talk to her. I sent back my drink because it wasn't made the way it has always been made there and every other Sonic)and the CarHop argued that it had always been made this way. She brought me another drink but it still wasn't made correctly. I've been ordering the same drink for many many years and I know how it's supposed to be made. They got my husband's Burger order incorrect. He wanted a number two combo with lettuce mustard and ketchup only and they gave him a number one combo.
