Today my husband tried to make an order, one of the orders was orange chicken but with the ribs sauce on the side, I ordered this before, well is not possible now, ok then ordered no sauce not possible, asked for the sauce on the side that will have an extra cost (side order), well ordered like it is and when is time to pay over the phone the girl on the phone ask for the card info and the address, he asked why the address, the answer was that it was needed to complete the order, he didn’t want to give it to her so she said at least the street name (the way the world is we don’t know if it’s to use the personal info for other purposes) so he didn’t make the order. I proceeded to call (first call I was 15 min on the phone waiting for the manager) second call I explained to the girl and she stated that there was no manager, I explained and the girl on the phone stated that they don’t ask for the address to take orders over the phone. She passed me the call to the district manager and I explained again and she was treating me like if I was lying, my daughter is allergic to eggs and she has requested it and it has been done for her before, now is not possible, AGAIN. That maybe the phone staff that they have answering the calls didn’t know that the address is not needed or that she didn’t know why she kept asking for all that info. The only thing that she kept repeating is that the menu can not be changed, they cook a bunch of rice one time and only reheat when ordered, NOT FRESH, and the meat or chicken is at it is, with the sauce on the menu, nothing else. I kept explaining that me as a customer they are not making me eat something that I don’t eat, because today they didn’t want to do it like that, I was paying for the food it’s not complementary or free. The owner got on the call and was the most disrespectful and entitled girl (sadly) that I’ve talked to, per the owner: THIS IS MY RESTAURANT AND IF YOU WANT THE CHICKEN WITH SAUCE YOU EAT IT, IF YOU DON’T WANT THE CHICKEN WITH SAUCE THEN DON’T EAT AT MY RESTAURANT, THIS IS MY REST AND THE MENU IS LIKE IT IS NO CHANGE. IF YOU DON’T WANT IT THEN DO’T EAT IN MY RESTAURANT. She was more interested to know which was the rest that gave me orange chicken no sauce and the rice with no eggs because she was going to give a Memo to the whole rest because they are not allowed to do exceptions on the menu for no one. By this, I’m not going back...
Read moreThe food at Pa’ Los Chinos is usually great, but the customer service at this location was awful. I showed up thinking I had placed my order here, gave the cashier my name, and she told me to wait 10 minutes. We waited around for over 15 minutes, only for her to casually mention that my name was never in the system—so she had me standing there for nothing instead of just saying that upfront.
On top of that, my friend was standing next to me, not ordering, not blocking anyone, and there were no other customers behind us—yet the cashier kept saying “excuse me” to him with attitude, as if he was somehow in her way. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
The food might be good, but this kind of service ruins the experience. I won’t be coming back to this location unless the staff is taught how to treat people with...
Read moreI've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over a decade, dating back to the previous owners. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I received the wrong food in my order, so I called to clarify the mistake. However, when I spoke with the "manager" Reina, she was rude and dismissive. She didn't listen to what I was saying and instead insinuated that I was lying about my order. It’s shocking that she accused me of ordering something I don’t even eat. To top it off, she mentioned being "from the hood," as if that somehow excused her poor attitude and lack of professionalism.
It’s a real shame, as this place used to be great, but with this kind of management, I doubt I’ll...
