Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kittanning

I placed my order just after 5 pm, and was quoted 30 minutes. I was prepared to wait for longer, being dinner rush. After an hour, I called to check on my order. The person who answered the phone (did not give a name.) Was unsure if my order was out the door or not. But told me it was out the door. Then, I call back an hour and a half later at 6:37 to check on my order. I'm quoted at another 15 minutes. So I waited for another 25 minutes to call back. So after waiting 2 hours, I call to cancel my order. The manager, who was respectful, told me they have been trying to call me for 45 minutes, but the number on the order was wrong. Initially the employee who took my order didn't verify my phone number with me. Otherwise was respectful. The second employee I talked to didn't bother to pull up the order. If my number was wrong, it could have been verified at that point. But he told me the order was on the road. The third person I talked to didn't have much to say, at all. I mentioned pulling up the order, and he replied "heh." But when I told him the address, he said it would be here in 15 minutes (6:37+15.) we order often because we have always loved the cheesey bread, but idk whats been up with them latley, everytime we ordered recently the cheesey bread has barely any cheese in it?? when i remember the first time it was sooo cheesey and amazing. this time ordered pepperoni cheesey bread because it was bomb the FIRST time we had it, only to get This last night. where is the dang cheese??? this was pepperoni and bread. it was terrible. the last few times the cheese has been lacking, but this time there was like none inside! it was falling apart bc there was nothing to keep it together, im assuming normally the cheese is what holds it together but since there was like no cheese in the middle it just came right apart. TV is telling 50% off on all pizzas online, but you can also order your usual, but that easy way don't give you the 50% off. And if you do click the 50% off big button he rudely told me about, you can not order your saved order. You have to go through the entire process again. To me the discount should be already built in these quick re-orders. Called and they refused to correct it. Have ordered there about 10 times this year, but this will be my last.
