Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Kittanning

The last 3-4 times our family has ordered from Fox’s at least one item of our order has been incorrect. The first few times we didn’t call to let them know that the order was wrong however this latest time we did. When we called back and explained the issue we were put on hold but were never told we were being put on hold so we thought the store hung up on us but then they got back on the line stating they would be correcting the order and sending it to us. Then a minute later the employee called us back and told us they would be replacing the item that was incorrect however they told us that the item that was incorrect would need to be returned. We explained that we had already touched the food, which is how we discovered that it was wrong. This was upsetting because it implied that the store may either be reusing the food or didn’t believe us when we told them it was incorrect. When we asked about this policy they old us we were getting the item “another Stromboli for free” which isn’t the case since we paid for something that was made incorrectly. Ultimately the past experiences have not been great and when we finally decided to address the issue we were not met with a good experience. We are regular customers but this experience has really pushed us away from ordering again...

Placed an order Saturday night Pizza & 2 Italian hoagies one with NO VEGGIES... Get it home and sure enough there is all the vegetables on my husbands hoagie. It's Saturday night and they're busy so no big deal... I call and the man on the phone knew who I was immediately. He was nice and offered to remake it I declined (didn't want to drive back) so they put a credit on my account. I call to get my husbands sandwich and express again NO VEGGIES 😞 The voice on the phone says "So no tomatoes either" I again stress "NO VEGGIES AT ALL". My husband goes in to pick it up and says no veggies? The person working argued with my husband and says you told me lettuce and mayo 🤦 IM DONE Sorry Foxes you lost...

Ordered big daddy today wasn’t done - they sent another one wasn’t done - Preston the manager needs trained - hang up phone on me - drove over - told me he doesn’t give a shit if I talk to Chris who owns it - talked to Michelle - District Manager which was a great listener and understood - Preston said the pizza was done - it was terrible - he needs fired or send him to obedience school- even the delivery person couldn’t believe how terrible the pizza was -plus I ordered for my neighbors they called to tell them and Preston was heard stating “is that that lady again”. That’s why I made a visit to let him know I am not the one who called and complained - Good luck Foxes...
