Miller's Hoagies — Restaurant in Kittanning

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have always gotten good food at Miller's until today at the Kittanning store. I ordered two steak hoagies with everything and believe me, I got everything including the kitchen sink. They didn't tell me I would get a sandwich with sauce and onions along with lettuce tomato onions, cheese and mayo. It was like a bowl of soup. You would think they would put either the sauce and onions OR the other ingredients. The biggest problem was when I called them they wouldn't do anything to make my order right. They wouldn't replace my order or make any kind of adjustment to my bill. A decent business would have done something to satisfy the customer. Seems like there is something wrong with this picture. Needless to say, they have lost a quite frequent customer. My suggestion to everyone would be to go to the Elderton or Ford City locations. They are more concerned with the quality of the food they prepare for the customer than a few more dollars in their pocket. Bye bye Kittanning...

Who doesnt like Millers Hoagies??? I am not a huge fan of lunch meat but always order a cheese hoagie or grilled something and its always delicious. Do make sure you check your items before leaving, instead of when you get home and are ready to eat, they are always busy and mistakes happen so check your bag! We love Millers, and when I was pregnant both times, I craved Millers like a crazy person! Even though every time I eat Millers, I feel like your home smells like a hoagie for days, I don't mind! Great selection of hoagies and grilled & deep fried items. my favs are the zucchini fries, regular fries, grilled ham or chipped chicken, and the cheese hoagie. No one will ever figure out their secret seasonings, and trust me we have tried and it doesn't come close! My fiance loves their tuna and regular hoagies. I love when they did the 2 smalls for $5 (now 2 for $5.55) but im always busy at work to hop on the chance...

Prices are a little high. I literally live in walking distance to the Kittanning location. I always get lg hot cheese balls but $6.49 for one order is a little steep. I get that stuff is going up like every where but you barely get a lot of cheese balls to make it a large. There are time many where my lg order looks like a small. But I do agree with others that the staff at the Kittanning location are a little rude when making a phone order and sometimes when in the building.
