Nathan (pic) spent time complaining about not having enough people than actually taking care of business. The then removed a glove to hand Elaine her order and put the glove back on his hand and went back to work. He told Kirishna to take drive order while I had already been waiting in line in the lobby with no one in drive when I stepped into line. Nathan continued to prepare orders with and without gloves. He finally stepped up to take my order after about 10 minutes only to inform there was no chicken tenders. Every time.I stop.at this place there is an employee complaining about their job Customer service is awful. Kirishna was the only one who seemed to actually like being there. I ended up not eating and was on my way to Bend, Oregon at 10:54 at night. Thanks Nathan, you suck! And how are you out of chicken tenders on a Friday before a holiday weekend?!

Read moreObviously, the management at this Carl's Jr's location doesn't care about true customer service. Negative reviews get the stock "We're Sorry" answer with a bogus link to Corp. Folks, save yourself the headache and your money and go elsewhere! If you do need to file a complaint, go straight to the Corporate website; don't waste time with the Google Maps review process that will result in a canned response from the 16yr old masquerading as the "manager". This is the absolute worst Carl's Jr's in the entire state of Oregon. They can't get even the simplest orders correct; every employee has attitude and is constantly in need of their next "fix" from the nearby pot shop! Love's Travel Corp office is your best choice for complaints about this Carl's; they actually take complaints seriously and are genuinely embarrassed by this Carl's location.

And this is the first, and only carls jr location, that I have ever seen, have the service of the customer first, and to actually, follow through. I watched the team communicate through the orders, like they were on hells kitchen or something. They had other drive thru orders, they had to manage. But I watched as they were precise, and conscious about my particular order. As I asked for everything fresh and hot. And that is what I got.. I'm a trucker, and have been to many restaurants across this country, and I have never seen this type of communication and care, in a fast food kitchen. Most Locations for carls jr, usually never honor your request for fresh. This one did.
