So this may not hold a lot of merit but I've been homeless multiple times in my life and there's just there's something absolutely amazing about when you finally get some fast food for the first time in more than 24 hours. However that's beside the point the people that were there working tonight had the lobby close at the usual of 10:00 and with 15 minutes left on the clock before 10:00 there were two people that were being a little difficult trying to get an order that they had already placed and didn't get all of it from earlier I had come in directly after them and ordered a full meal and then a family of four came in directly after me and ordered all of their food, all the meanwhile the drive-thru is still going smooth and they had handled each and every order correctly, and not one of them had a begrudging face about doing so. I've had my fair share of working at fast food restaurants and I've had my fair share of getting irritated with customers especially during later hours but as far as professionalism goes these guys did it and they stood on business. Props to the cooks and manager, all need a good pat on the back with a firm handshake and possibly even a little bonus in their check for demonstrating the best example of customer service I've ever seen. Things like that you only see...
Read moreIn Klamath Falls, you might, or might not get what combination you asked for. Cheese might be there when you asked them to leave it off. The variable drink machine is the worst problem. They can make most combinations from behind the counter (they seem to have cartridges for that but one cannot mix up lemonade/strawberry or cherry/vanilla diet coke for themselves. Some cartridges are seemingly endlessly empty. About half an hour ago I called to ask if the machine was ready for a customer to fill his own order. The guy sounded like he was in Pakistan and he kept trying to tell me that they could make me any combination I wanted at the counter. I told him that doesn't answer my question. I should not have to "ask" for any combination. The machine was serviced or it wasn't. At this point I detected an "attitude." I told him that I'd just go somewhere else for supper. I really like Wendy's. I really like the food but if they don't service the drink machine I will be less inclined to go there...
Read moreOrdered through the app delivery, when I received my food they shorted me food. Then wanted me to come to them to pick up the food that was missing. Thing is I paid a delivery fee along with a service fee for them to deliver my food to me so if I need to go to the store to get my missing food they should refund those fees because obviously they did not fulfill their end of the deal and deliver all of my food. I told them to keep their food and they were ok with that. So they technically ripped me off and they are ok with it. When I pay for a service and pay for food as a consumer I expect my them to provide that service and provide that food which they did not. What's worse is they are ok with ripping me off for the missing food and the service and delivery fee. They will be on with ripping you off if they are ok with...
