I went through the drive thru ordered my burgers w/o pickles. When I got my order it was wrong. I went inside to have it corrected, the employee simply put gloves on went to the back of the grill and picked the pickles off. I could’ve done that. When I tried to explained that I needed new burgers bc of an allergy, I was insured by the nice gentleman that originally was helping me and by who I supposed was the manager that they were being made new. I stared at the young lady and replied but I am physically watching the employee take the pickles off. She grumpily, said my employees wouldn’t do that. I’m like, but I’m watching her… Had the same burgers returned to me. I knew bc they also had no onion… they come with onion. Stood there for a few minutes while I waited to get acknowledged, grumpy little petit manager comes back gives me attitude when all I wanted was just two new burgers made correctly. I understood they were busy. I was not trying to give them a hard time. Just wanted my burgers remade correctly, as a paying customer I don’t think that was too much to ask for. Read moreWent here yesterday, and the service was absolutely horrendous! The white girl with brown hair in two low buns with a hat, headpiece (mic), and a neon yellow vest was behaving unethically. My Uncle and I went to pick up an online order and upon arrival our order was not prepared at all. Despite this, we remained patient. We had a few questions and we asked in a polite way by saying “Excuse Me” but that girl in the buns kept pointing a finger at us deliberately, multiple times and ignored our request. She did this only with us and no one else. Towards the end before leaving, we had a last minute emergency come up and had to stay for 5 extra minutes. We were well aware that the McDonalds was closed. But this girl yelled at us rudely to “Get Out” while still pointing a finger, and when we addressed her about what she had done earlier, she yelled at us to “Get Out” once again, ignoring us. Emergencies can come up at any time and we had one, which caused us to stay for an extra 2mins. This Customer Service was extremely horrible. Racist behavior and rude disservice to us. Read moreThe worst experience I have had at any fast food restaurant. If I could give less than one star I would. First, we waited to give our order at the drive through, behind another car, for almost ten minutes. We gave up on that process and decided to walk inside. Inside you could only place an order using the kiosk. The first kiosk froze half way through my order. Moved to the next kiosk and found that McDonald was out of stock on chicken nuggets, strips and sweet tea. I placed my order, paid my $16 and waited to be called. Twenty minutes later, another customer came from the dining area and said to an employee that they have been waiting over thirty mins for their food. I looked into the dining area and there were six tables of people waiting for food. By this time a small crowd was forming at the register area of people waiting for their food. I asked for a manager so I could get a refund. A man came, refunded my money saying that now he will have a lot of paperwork tonight. Before I left, I heard him yellow, "would anyone else like a refund?". I drove ten mins down the road and stopped at Wendy's. I was in and out of Wendy's in less than ten mins. Lesson...
