I just left there with a Togo order and got the worst plate I’ve ever had in the two years I’ve been eating there. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone so I went back and the manager said it would be 35 minutes because they were busy so I asked for my money back and at first he started to only hand me the price of the food without tax so I asked for the full amount with tax and his response was “oh you want the tax”? So he gave me $1.10 then I went back to my car and did the math and knew I was shorted. I went back inside and at first the manager argued with me that he gave me the full amount until he did the math on calculator and showed me and we saw I didn’t get the full amount. I told the manager how unhappy I was with this experience and he said I’m too busy so what do you want me to do? I said to him he has a very unhappy customer and he literally told me there was nothing he could do. What he could have done was refunded me my order including my drink for the inconvenience of having to drive back to the restaurant and offered to remake me food and send it to the kitchen as a priority instead of telling me he’s too busy to care and says there is nothing he could do. I’m very upset and on the verge of being livid over this experience and not sure if I will be back. Read moreWe went in and the table was sticky. No problem. We order two lime margaritas but they came out with orange juice. No problem. We ordered cheese dip and ordered our food. Got the cheese dip. Asked for chips to go with the cheese dip and was told okay. We waited and waited and waited. 45 minutes went by and we hadn’t received our chips or our food. Our cheese dip was solid and cold from sitting for so long. We tried to get our waitress attention and she literally looked us in the eye twice and walked away. So we decided to go to the host stand to just tell them we were leaving and there response was the waitress was new. which is fine. But when we went up to the host stand we watched our server bring the ticket to the other woman who brought the ticket to the kitchen which told us that our order hadn’t even been put in to the kitchen when we confronted them about waiting for so long. The man with long hair wasn’t the most pleasant man to talk to and honestly lacked customer service skills. If they would have just took accountability for what happened we wouldn’t have cared. When I got there to pick my order up at 9:55 the manager said he doesn’t have my order. He questioned the restaurant I called and I showed him the number online and also the 40sec phone call. He still told me it was the wrong restaurant . When I showed him the address online he then agreed it was the right restaurant but all the cooks were gone . His exact works “nobody wanted to make the order and the cooks were no longer there . Which is fine , but I live the other direction and that was rude and very unprofessional to allow the waiter to take an order then not enter it in … then for the cook to not care , question my order , and not even apologize for the miscommunication was very unprofessional and I won’t be back to spend a coin with this place on top of that when I went in to place the order a few waitress were coughing no mask so maybe I was being spared that I don’t eat from this...
