This place served me 2 of the worst pizzas I've ever seen in my life. I ordered a pepperoni and a supreme. Its like they didnt even cook it. Dough was still gooey inside, on both, and the cheese was very lacking. The toppings on the supreme were almost all in the dead center of the pizza, all all of which were on top of the cheese, it looks like they had already had a cheese made then changed to supreme. This made it nearly impossible to eat without the mushrooms and peppers falling everywhere.
Once I seen it wasn't properly cooked, I threw it back in the oven. After actually cooking it, it was edible, but these guys need a swift kick. I run a department at my work and I would never let this type of janky quality leave my shop. Take pride in your work!
Lastly, the kid running the register stared at the pinpad when I was doing the card, made me feel awfully uncomfortable and I pushed the tip button for fear of my pizza coming out crappy. Even with a nice tip added, still the worst pizzas I've ever opened a box to see. Being little ceasers, obviously I didnt expect a world class pizza, but I eat them consistently and I know their standards. This store DOES NOT meet the LC standards by any means. You all need to come in and re train your employees or pay them more so they care (although that should not matter) and do not freaking sweat me over a tip and make me feel uncomfortable. I was nice and did so anyways, but wish I had not. I will never tip again unless I look at...
Read more(Multiple good experiences since this bad one, rating increased). This place is ridiculous. I ordered online, and it said at the latest, it would be ready at 5:45. I had problems at this little caesars in past, and dont visit often. So, i waited until about 6:05 to arrive. The app gave me a number code, but said to tell them your name, at counter. The portal didnt work, and there was about 15 pissed off people standing in there. Some, were in line to get to the counter, others were waiting on pizza. I got in line, was holding my phone funny staring at the workers. The lady would help one or two people, then apologize and dissapear for ten minutes.
I stood in there about 20 minutes, and i was im hurry. I watched a customer go behind the counter and act crazy, and employees yell at each other. Finally, a different worker came up front, while i was at counter. He apologized and said they are not taking new pizza orders. I butted in and showed him my online order. He found it apologized, and sent me on my way. I did not receive my twix brownie i paid for. I just lost out, no way was i wasting more time in there. The whole time i was inside, the app said i already received my pizza at 6:05, because they scanned...
Read moreSo the pizza was good, what you expect from a little Caesar’s pizza but the customer service and food safety is severely lacking. There was a line of people and the young lady taking the order decided to get her pizza from the box off the trash can and literally stand in the door way between the register and the back kitchen and eat a slice of pizza. Finally after about five minutes someone asked if she was going to take our orders, she then proceeded to take our orders while literally shoving the pizza in her mouth. When it was the next persons turn to order she went back to the pizza box, got another slice and took the next order with one hand while eating the pizza. After she had taken everyone’s order she went straight back to help box and cut pizzas. Didn’t wash her hands or anything. She should have washed her hands after touching money or anything other food but especially after licking her fingers clean and eating. As someone who’s been in the food industry for 20 years there needs to be some serious retraining on the managers end. Another thing, clean the sauce holders where the garlic sauces and ranches used to go right where customers order. It’s disgusting and the first...
