This review is for documentation purposes until I can speak with the general manager tomorrow. I placed a family meal through their app. My husband went to pick it up and when He got home with the food or entire order was wrong and missing items. We had ordered four piece chicken with the eight count Supremes and got a box full of chicken breast, The sweet tea that was supposed to come with the meal was iced not sweet, We received our fries, but they were rockhard and cold, and then we're missing Biscuits. When I called to ask about a refund because at this point, my meal wasn't as advertised I was told by the manager on site who I believe said her name was Natalie they close in an hour, and the best bet is for me to come and get the replacement tomorrow And essentially refused to Remake tonight as they closed in an hour. She said that she apologizes, but it was a very crazy night. They were busy and they had run out of items. So basically admitting that they knowingly messed with my order and sent it out anyway, hoping that I wouldn't notice until I got home. She said I could come and get the mail or speak to the general manager Chris , and maybe if they could figure out how to do it they would give me a refund because they work there and they're in management and apparently don't know how to give people refunds. This is ridiculous and people are there for a service and to feed their families. The lack of concern or care that was provided to customers this evening is appalling, because I just know I was not the only one who walked away with whatever...
Read moreI'm giving two stars because the food was good, but my overall experience was bad enough that I will not return. We chose this place due to the fact that they serve breakfast all day. We arrived at noon and placed our order for two breakfast combos that included coffee. The cashier was unkempt looking, longish hair unnetted and not very clean looking. He handled multiple food items ungloved, but worst of all was his attitude. Working in the food service industry myself, I try to make it as easy as possible on people so I ordered promptly, didn't ask for anything special ordered and had my money quickly ready. I thanked him, but recieved no comment whatsoever from him in return except for an icy stare. He handed me two soft drink cups. I asked if they had coffee available still, politely. He turned and looked at me as if I'd lost my mind and eventually said "Yeah" rudely. So here's the thing. Lately I hear a lot of stories about "Karen's" and food service workers being harassed. I totally feel for those individuals and certainly agree that customers should be polite and respectful. However, this works both ways. You can not expect people to spend their hard earned money at your establishment just to be treated poorly. Customer service is still a very real thing and a necessity. Your food might be good, but I'm not patronizing your restaurant under such situations. Find...
Read moreWent to the drive though at 8:15. Sat in line for around 20 minutes (insane). When I finally got to the window, they weren’t serving chicken bowls until lunch but still had them showing on the menu. They didn’t have any orange juice. I ordered a steak biscuit and a chicken biscuit. Waited at least 5 more minutes. They gave me two chicken biscuits. No jelly, just two bone-dry chicken biscuits. Overall spent 30 minutes of my morning and I don’t even want to eat these things. Staff seemed more interested in peering out the window at the cops in the parking lot (cops were just eating breakfast) than in keeping the line moving. What’s the matter, you got warrants or something? Manager-keep everything stocked, make sure your folks are on-task, maybe put an extra set of hands on the morning shift to keep the line moving. If you want to sell breakfast to working folks, you need to have a reputation...
