Pizza Hut has always been a dine in experience for me in my family when I was a child. I remember playing tabletop Pac-Man and eating pizza, salad and enjoying a crisp fountain drink in those nostalgic red textured cups. I haven't eaten a piece of hut regularly since then. Probably because I subconsciously think I have to eat there haha... But that will change because the pizza was amazing. It was inexpensive, well made, cooked perfection and... yeah all that! This particular Pizza Hut was open until 1:00 a.m. which was an hour or two past any other pizza places. I picked it up, save myself some cash for delivery and enjoyed the pie when I got back home. I did look for HEALTH & SAFETY information regarding COVID and even though I did not find any, that does not mean it wasn't posted. I may have just missed it. Generally speaking, that information is posted as you walk in the door and around the HEALTH CODE RATING which, was a 99! OUTSTANDING! I'm a stickler for food and anyone working with it having a mask on, regardless of if COVID was an issue or not ... it's just a good form. That's the reason why I'm not giving them five stars. They are deserving of the 4 I am giving them however. The Clinton highway location is easy to access and pretty straightforward. They don't have a lot of parking but I can't see that being a problem unless it's peak hours.

That's a Tastemaster ™ pizza with extra mushrooms. Apparently cheese takes up one of your toppings even though a pizza without cheese isint pizza so that's supposed to be 2x mushrooms. Little Caesars is still the place to go as I've made the argument so many times before. Second picture is a paper thin slice of a mushroom, yeah some of the mushrooms are larger but the majority of mushrooms you see are the paper thin kind which to me is just a way of making more of a profit. Also the pan pizza was pretty dry meaning they didn't use much butter and lastly the cheese reminded me of gas station pizza but not the decency kind, reminds me of pizza dough at the supermarket and bobola sauce and cheese. Pizza hut officially sucks! Called after 4th of July, manager gave me 20$ credit towards future purchases. Cheese is in a cup determined by corporate overlords to reap as much profit as possible and is not up to individual employees.

If I could give less than one star, I would so I do Instacart for a living and that only so my hard earned money went to what you see below or what you see above wherever the pictures are at. I tried calling the store and they never answer. I’m always on hold for 30 minutes or more if someone either took a bite of my pizza or this pizza was just really messed up but I’m very pissed off because I cannot eat a pizza but I think someone took a bite out of because who knows what kind of germs they may have And now every Pizza Hut goes through DoorDash for drivers so there’s no telling whose fault it was, but it was mostly the store. I know that much I will never order from here or anywhere else ever again.

I have been a customer of this Pizza Hut location for 6-7 years, they have generally been decent, I actually tell everyone that Pizza Hut is the best option of the top 3 pizza chains around here because of this . Last Saturday we got home kind of late around midnight and opted to order Pizza Hut on the iphone app. We ordered 2 pizzas (1 stuffed crust) and 2 of the melts, the order was passed off to DoorDash and when they delivered it was around 1:10am. This is totally acceptable considering I ordered so late, no issue there at all.

The DoorDash driver came up to my door and pulled the 2 pizzas out of his bag and said thanks then started to walk away, I asked about the melts that were on the order and they said Pizza Hut only gave them the 2 pizzas (furthermore 1 was supposed to be stuffed crust but it was not). I asked him what I was supposed to do in this situation and they told me I had to deal with Pizza Hut. I called the store twice and waited on hold for a bit but nobody answered my call. I opted to send an email complaint to a link that was found on the Pizza Hut website, I guess it went to corporate. I explained everything and just stated that I would like to be reimbursed for the items that I did not receive, the 2 melts and the stuffed crust upgrade to the 1 pizza. I did NOT call the store directly as to not duplicate my notification about the issue. That was 6 days ago, I have not heard a single thing back from the complaint I filled out. I would not have submitted this negative review if someone had just gotten back to me, I included all of my order #'s and info so not sure why I have not heard back from them.

The driver chatted with me before leaving and he mentioned that the person working in the store was severely short handed and only one person was doing all the prep and cooking, I assume this is why my order was not complete. No fault to the person who made my order, mistakes happen I understand that! No fault to the Door Dash driver, he can only deliver what the restaurant gives them! However when it comes down to me paying for products that I did not receive, I have to draw a line there.

UPDATE 5 Months later - no comment, no call back, no email back and based on the other reviews lately this location is...

I am new do the Dash community, and last night 12/07/24, I had accidentally taken a order from Pizza Hut on Chapman Hwy. I say accidentally because generally it's not a good idea to take a order from a Pizza company without having a warmer bag. And I didn't have one. My app said that i could ask the company if they had one that I could use, so as I went into this specific store I was met by a few very friendly staff, and one specific employee came up to help me, and as I informed her that I was there to pick up a order, I asked if maybe they had an old warmer bag that i could use for the order, and offered to leave my drivers license, until I could drop the order off and then I would return the bag and retrieve my license. This employee did NOT look at me crazy, or have a rude comment or remark. Which has actually been the biggest issue that I have had when interacting with many people in this line of work. It's unbelievable, and unfortunate the rudeness that we come across doing this job. But this employee said she would need to check with her manager, and when she came back she had a new warmer bag in hands. She had a wonderful smile on her face as she handed the bag over to me and said Merry Christmas. She then wished me a great night and safe travels with MY new bag. I was floored. This was truly the nicest thing that has happened to me since i started doing deliveries, and I just wanted to take a moment and recognize this very sweet lady, that had already stopped what she was doing to help me. So Miss Laurie at the Chapman Hwy Pizza Hut, thank you so very much for your help and kindness. I truly hope that they recognize you in some special way for the hard work and professionalism that you showed last night during my...
