OH MY GOD!!!!!!! THIS WAS THE BEST ICE CREAM I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! First I was caught off guard by the amount of flavors, special treats, cone variations, and such. A nice woman opened her window and let me know I can get a taste of anything I wanna try. I took a minute to review stuck on the beauty of the picture of the strawberry shortcake versus trying ice cream in a waffle come for the first time. I browsed the menu of flavors knowing butter pecan is my favorite...but as I continued looking the New York Cheesecake flavor was an ice cream I've never ran across before. I asked for a sample of that...and one spoonful was all it took...I NEEDED a FULL scoop!!! After i got it and began to indulge...all I can remember is Angel's singing sweetly in my air and all my cares and worried melting away. It was INCREDIBLE and I'm not a big ice cream person unless I'm sick and laying on a couch. I was healthy and up and about...so this was the real deal. I...

Most of the time this location has great customer service, courteus and welcoming. Today was the exception, the family and I got there @ around 9:10pm, with plenty time before closing, when we approached the window the employees group that was there acted like we were not there. They ignored us and ran to the back, which is a very unprofessional attitude. There was one lady that was working and she didn't know we were there and after 5 min she looked at us startled and apologize for not realizing that we were there. At least she took care of us. I have to say that this is a first, on this negative experience. I think the employees that ran to the back need to figure out that it is not good customer service and is not acceptable. The ice cream was good as always, but the experience left a bad taste of...
