Food one because it was dead and it came out cold. And there’s no excuse it’s dead here yall just don’t want to be here and that’s super clear. Cleanliness ZERO, polish your silver ware that’s a Cracker Barrel thing! Our Biscuits has the butter cups all over the top of them in the basket, and I know you just grabbed that with your hand. They go in a monkey dish for sanitary reasons. Every table was dirty and no one could bother to help the rising star, the 4 stars just ridiculed her and said wipe these tables. A good 4 star maroon prom (trainer), Morgan, would have had a smile and helped the rising star. Then you have the jelly monitoring manager, who can pick up a tray and towel walk in a circle and not help buss a table. There is no team work here. So service zero food cold zero and atmosphere zero cause every table was dirty they couldn’t even sit ppl cause they were all dirty. And the 4 star trainer didn’t help the situation at all with her crude comments to the guests who need not know anything. Why make the server (rising star) look bad when you know she is about to be their server. Just to be mean and start the guest with a bad taste in their mouths. So this is the unhelpful manager monitoring jellies that are apparently only for breakfast. A manager should help run food so it doesn’t become cold in a window. I worked at CB for 5 years before covid 19. This was my worst experience ever and I come from the Fort Pierce Cracker Barrel in Florida they don’t even know how amazing they are! I hope you fix these things I put a review because reviews get to cooperate and comments to managers who don’t seem to care won’t go anywhere. He seems to be the lead of the problem. And rob one is smiling I never seen one smile from the eminent I walked I. To the moment I walked out. Ruth was kind. Morgan was kind enough just not how I expect a trainer to be like smileeee! And our rising star looked like she ain’t want to come back tomorrow. Lack of support leave new ppl to feel that way causes high turn...

Terrible service and cold food not once but twice. Even with comped food probably won't be back to this location. We'll decided to try this place again. Figured everyone deserves another shot........ What a mistake. First the host brought us to the table, dropped the menu's on the table and walked off. No enjoy your meal, server will be right with you nothing. About 5 minutes later server stopped by and asked what we wanted to drink. We told him and also told him we were ready to order. He took our order then came back and let me know my chicken would be about 20 minutes as it was going in the fryer now. Now it's 6pl on Friday and they don't have fried chicken but I said ok, at least it would be hot and fresh. We then asked for rolls. He brought our rolls about 5 minutes later and we tried to ask him for a plate buy he left so quick we never had a chance. So now we realize we not only need plates but silverware as well. Look around no server.... so Wendy gets up and goes to the kitchen to ask our server for some. Well our food comes out Ina timely fashion and Wendy needs a sharp knife and I need my drink refilled. Waiting..... looking around.... another server sees this and says .... do you guys need anything? We tell him a sharp knife and my refill.... he says ok.... comes back to the table next to us with silverware for them and turns to us and says.... your server will be right out with it. Our jaws dropped. He brought silverware to the table next to us but no knife for Wendy.....lol. Finally we get the knife and refill. We now ask for the manager. Another joke. He's a team leader. Apparently no manager was on duty or didn't want to handle the problem. So we finished our dinner asked for a Togo container and a to go drink. Another 10 minutes and no one. I get up and find the so called manager and tell him we just want our bill and the container so we can go. He says ok. 2 minutes later we get it .... pay ..... and leave. Lesson..... go with your gut and...

Went tonight for supper. Took about 15 minutes to get food. Waitress was really nice but me and my mom were both out of drink and when I asked for another coke she literally just brought me one and then my mom had to ask for one. Also my daughter got the 3 veggie plate. I told her if they had the strawberries and pineapple do that if not do an extra side of Mac and cheese. She came out with food finally and said it was blueberry and pineapple and had the extra serving of Mac and cheese with the mashed potatoes. Told her that's fine. Then about 5 minutes later she comes out and sets a bowl down and says here ya go I made a bowl of pineapple and strawberries. I had already told her it was fine with the extra Mac and cheese so I just thought she was being nice and felt bad so she made it. Since we didn't order the fruit bowl cause she said it was blueberries and pineapples and my daughter hates blueberries. Well when she brought the check out I seen she added the fruit bowl on it too. I would have been fine with it had she said I can make you one with the pineapple and strawberries but it will be extra on top of the 3 veggie plate. But nope she didn't. However if you get the chance to try the loaded Hashbrown tatortot casserole I'd suggest it cause they were yummy. Probably would have been better had she actually brought the ranch out with it but they were plain and nothing was offered. Menu says it's...
