Well, we bought a cabinet last week and it was close to store closing because we couldn't get off work any sooner. They were nice and helpful.... that day. Told us to pull up front to pick it up and we did. 2 days later we went back for a large cabinet and to save time l,since we were there again close to 6pm when they close, we pulled in front to be ready to load the cabinet we were there to buy. We walked in and they weren't so nice this time. The clerk up front asked if we were there to pick up and we said yes. She said, in a rude tone, well you parked in the fire lane. We said "we are picking up" and went back to find the cabinet. Manager Tony Langley chased us down and said we can't park in the fire lane when this was the same scenario as 2 days before. He was hateful and rude about it. Said he would get a ticket if WE parked there , which is BS. If anyone got a ticket for parking in the fire lane it would be us. We decided since he had such an attitude, he could keep his $1,500 cabinet. He said he didn't care. So, we are bringing him the other one back also! Do better...
Read moreI purchased flooring from these guys, it was unusable, a few good pieces were on top of the boxes but factory rejects and damaged sides were underneath the acceptable ones. They are refusing to give me a refund or make it right and stated that they told me this when they sold it to me. What they did say was they don't do returns because people had returned boxes in the shape that I got. They did not make it clear that they STILL SOLD boxes that were in rotten shape. Don't buy from them, they are thieves and make their money dishonestly. I would give them -10 stars. UPDATE: They refunded me the flooring begrudgingly. Refunding my money does not change policies that allow companies to get away with this kind of theft. I will NEVER shop at this store again and I will warn everyone of the same until store policy is changed. They should have NEVER had that poor product on the showroom floor and...
