Tried to go in and order, but the main eating area was not open. Only the drive through was open. We tried to order through the drive-through, but we were unsuccessful. We tried to order 2 different things and we were told they didn't have them. We just gave up and found somewhere else to go. How can u be open and not have items listed on your menu.
Update: Silly me, I tried going back. I stood at the register waiting for some one to walk up from the back to the front register to take orders, and it waited and waited. After people walking past the register and not offereing to help for 13 minutes someone finally came up to the register to help. I would like to add at this point that's the person who took the order passed the register up many times. He took the order for 2 chicken sandwiches and a side of coleslaw and mash potatoes because they did not have any fries available. It took 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches to be cooked. This is considered a place for people to order fast food, 2 sandwiches taking 30 minutes is ridiculous and then to be able to watch several people come into the restaurant and ask where their food is at and they have been waiting over and hour outside. Corporate needs to stop in and retrain this location. They need help. Ok, this place is...
Read moreIf I can give 0 star, I would. We went to get Nashville Tender package yesterday to go. It should come with biscuits, mashed potatoes, and drink. When we arrived at home we do not get the biscuits. I called and the manager named Camilia said that they will give me the biscuit the next time I go there. I asked if they will give the whole meal instead of just one biscuit because it will take us 15 minutes one way to go there and she refused to do that. First, the fact that their employee reduce the biscuit in the order already shows their incompetence in doing their job that is supposed to be very simple and easy. Second, the fact that they took one biscuit it means they're stealing from and trick the customers. One biscuit here and there, one piece of chicken here and there and they will end up having to steal many from all customers. Third the fact that they asked me to drive 15 minutes one way to go there and get only one biscuit also show how they are unapologetic and unprofessional because it was their fault at the first place, and they want me to drive 30 minutes total just to get one biscuit (not compensation because I paid it at the first place) instead of a whole meal for compensation. Very disgusted with their service and their trickiness in stealing from...
Read moreThe service with KFC was awful. Tony York is a horrible manager. I wasn't able to get what I ordered and was asked to accept something different. I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes. When I said I will wait because there were several pieces of chicken they didn't have in original recipe. He said it will be 25 minutes I haven't dropped any chicken. When I asked will I be compensated for excepting 5 pieces of crispy chicken in place of the 8 pieces of Original recipe I paid for, a cup was slammed on the counter an offered as compensation. When I refused to accept the rude way he attempted to compensate me. He asked did I want my money back? There was no apology for not having what I paid for. I will never forgwt the way I was treated. Nobody deserves to be treated this way. I pray this thoughtless act wasn't racially motivated. His customer service skills were terrible. I have been doing business with KFC for years and this is the worst service I have ever encountered. Tony York represents your company in a negative light. With managers like Tony York representing your company and setting an example for other employees your company will not be in business...
