Ordered a pick 2 to be delivered to my work (a pizza and a pasta). Order was placed at 5:50ish and got the email confirmation at 5:59 PM. Through the app I tracked that it was out of the oven and quality checked at 6:07 PM. Time continued to pass and there was no update at all for the order. Eventually at 6:45 PM it said that someone was on my way with the order. It eventually arrived at 7:11 PM. This is the first time an order has taken this long but it was a Friday so I assumed maybe they were really busy, but when I asked the driver if it had been busy since the wait had been so long, her response was “no not really”. To which I just took my food. The pasta was luke warm and looked liked it had been sitting for a while where the top becomes very very dry. The pizza was cold and dry with the pineapples I got, it looked nearly dehydrated at this point. I can only wonder how long it just sat there under a heat lamp until it was delivered. Read moreInefficient customer service. I had to call to get an update after waiting over a hour after ordering. This was to be delivered at my place of business. When I called I was told they were short staffed and only had one driver. I understand staffing issues, but lack of commication to customers was a consious decision. As a manager I would have found a way to update my clients. I had to cancel my order because after talking to a staff memeber at the store I was told it would be at least 45 minutes before my order would arrive. I work at a hotel and am the only one staffed during my time so I did have the ability to pick up my order. This order would have been delivered right about the time I would be getting off work. Luckily for me I was going to pay cash so I had them cancel my order. In the future contact customers if you can't deliver during the promised time. They did end up delivering the pizza. The driver hadn't been told I had cancelled the order. It ended up coming cold. Luckily came before I left...
Read moreI love this store! The driver accidentally forgot the 2 drinks I ordered-which is no big deal to me(I know everyone different). I work at 2 restaurants and things happen. Sometimes u get extra portions, and sometimes things are forgotten, it happens. NO BODY IS PERFECT, every workplace employee makes mistakes. It is OK. The driver apologized and went all the way back to the store and came back to me to bring me the drinks with 1 extra included! INCREDIBLE SERVICE, in my opinion. I called to thank them also. A lot of people overreact-yeah money paid blah blah, but most of the time it’s trivial stuff. Positive feedback is always necessary because it makes people feel good. I’m extremely grateful for the actions taken by my delivery guy. This dominos location has always been great for me. Keep up the good work! Sorry for long review lol.
