Dunkin' — Restaurant in Knoxville

Today I went through the mobile order line like I always do when I order on my mobile app. And I was redeeming some of my points for a small hash Brown. It would not let me add it to my order. It just he told me to show my QR code at the window or in store. Angel Was extremely rude at the drive through, I asked her what was wrong..... she said, people usually stop at the speaker. When they want to redeem points. I have never redeemed any points, so I didn't know that. I asked her if she would rather me drive around. Because she said, it's gonna take a long time for her. I was just there and as to where I'm only a kid I don't have a card and my mom was going through the Wendy's next to it, we walked in and went to the kiosk and found out they only took card, we stood there patiently waiting while Emily an employee who was off the clock came and asked us if we had any questions, we told her that we were in somewhat of a hurry as to the fact that formals tonight, she asked us what we were getting when we told her we were getting a half dozen of doughnuts she said what doughnuts do you want, we couldn't choose so we told her what we liked and she picked out six doughnuts, put them in a box, and I gave her my cash, she gave me the doughnuts and then asked me if I wanted my few cents I said no and left, in this situation I was very pleased with how she helped me even though I didn't have a card and didn't know...

I normally never review any restaurant, and I never expect much from Dunkin Donuts. But the food here was basically inedible. Stopped by to get quick bagels and cream cheese for the family that were so stale that not a single one of us had more than a couple bites. That was $14 that literally went straight in the trash. Not to mention how annoying it is to walk inside to try and avoid the long drive through line and still have to order off a kiosk when there were plenty of people there that could have taken the order. That added more time and inconvenience to this already horrible experience. I don’t know how it is possible that so many fast food and chain restaurants can continually reduce their quality to the point of being disgusting and still stay...
