First, let me say that the restaurant & their bathrooms were quite clean, except for the 2 dirty & greasy tables that I attempted to sit at during my visit. Quite clean for the most part. When I attempted to order, there was no one in front of me waiting, yet it took just over 3 minutes for someone to ask for my order or even acknowledge me. Then, while attempting to place my order, a heavy set female employee manning the drive thru window started yelling at an employee & then yelled at another & turned around & apologized to the customer in the drive thru fakely saying "I'm so sorry for your wait. May I take your order please?". I was finally able to enter my order of 3 items & waited at 2 different dirty tables. When I received my order, I was told that they were out of bottled water & that I could have a large size drink in place of it & that's it. My Frisco burger order was originally entered as a Frisco breakfast sandwich, so I had to wait for a Frisco burger to come out. No big deal at all. However, while waiting for the correct order, the heavy set drive thru employee commenced to yelling at an employee again. I had never witnessed so much unprofessional behavior in a restaurant. I don't know whether she was a Team Lead or Asstnt Mngr or what. Regardless, it doesn't take a genius to figure out that yelling at fellow teammates actually causes dissension & degradation of any TEAM unit cohesion that may have existed. Additionally, not only was her behavior terribly unprofessional, but it also causes an incredibly negative experience for all of the customers who endure & witness such unprofessional behavior(s), not matter how much she dresses up her voice & demeanor to customers right after yelling at fellow teamates. Oh, my chicken biscuit was cold & did not have any requested butter (was told that they do not offer, nor have, any butter for biscuits) and my Frisco burger that I had waited was so cold that the cheese wouldn't melt. This will be my last visit since I have experienced similarly poor service at this location...
Read moreYet again this location is horribly rude. Cedar Bluff goes out of their way to be gross on 5-5-23 9:09 AM. Grey Sedan. Drive thru. I pray the cameras pick up audio so this behavior isn't he said she said, but documented disrespect. I swear if Hardee's cameras pick up audio the older white lady Melissa T and the young black lady who slammed the window in my face are going to be terminated immediately. 🤣 I have never been disrespected so much in my entire life. Not even rude just workers- I'm genuinely saying in my whole life I've never had someone be so overtly hateful and disgusting to me for absolutely no reason. Sure- I've accidentally cut people off in traffic and gotten the finger and an "f you" but hey- I cut them off, there is some merit to the anger. Melissa and the young girl showed hate, frustration, and ignorance when they exploded simply because I asked if the 2nd order they admitted was lost was in the bag. After the experience I said I felt disrespected and they called me rude for just asking if they were the ones putting the bag together or if the kitchen did (which would explain the confusion) as if that justifies there behavior even if I was rude. The young black lady swings her head around and yells "dO yOu NeEd AnYtHiNg ElSe?!?!?" I said "no I'm just wondering how I was ru-" she cuts me off and yells "WEHL OKAAY DIN! BYE!" And slams the window, rolling her eyes. Mind you they were on their headsets gossiping the whole time. I've already had a manager apologize for a different young ladies behavior it just wasn't bad enough to document, the manager made it right. I'm disgusted by...
Read moreAs someone who has worked in the food industry for years on end, as both the base crew member and management; I’ve never seen such poor attitude and character from a staff as I did this morning. I know days can be bad and staff can be short and everyone can be overworked but it doesn’t take a lot of effort to smile and and be welcoming even on the worst days. To ask a question at the window as simple as “Can you pay for both orders on the same card?” And be looked at as if I was talking a different language and given attitude for it. I know the difficulty of placing 2 orders at once but there was no lack of communication the whole time in the order taking process, they gave us the first order to which we asked “Is the other order in the same bag?” And the person at the window says “Well maybe if you looked in the bag you’d know” not in a joking manner. Only to find out she’s incorrect and still continues to give a poor attitude and call me rude. I appreciate anyone who works hard and shares a driven attitude to make good out of bad situations but don’t just ruin other people’s day or even attitude when you’ve had a rough go of the day or even job. Melissa T. Is the name on the receipt and whether she took the order or even the other young lady who slammed the window in our faces did, should understand the service industry isn’t about getting by with a poor attitude but serving others all while with good means. We stopped in at 9:09 AM and saw several working in the back and the one young lady walking around yelling at everyone as well as the lady at the window who we...
