Okay to start with the facility is quite large very intimidating but very appealing. D Lobby when you walk in is as well massive and clean comfortable plenty of sitting and standing room. Check in and simple and straight to the point very quick. They actually accept cash here with no deposit I was in heaven haha. The staff here is down to earth family oriented kind thoughtful as well as well trained but also understands they have a business to run and in order to do that successfully at times they're not everybody's best friend. You can tell the owner of the facility has a heart as well as a business. Manager is very thoughtful understanding and fair but also Swift and tough. See front desk clerks are friendly well trained dedicated employees. The housekeepers are polite friendly and kind and are always around if you need help The room itself for the price surprisingly more than I expected being that Motel 6 has a reputation for not so great locations the Ronin book was a king smoking on the third floor the room is spacious clean warm and hardwood floors give It's a Wonderful clean simple to the point hotel rooms. Understand something this is not a Hilton or upscale Marriott this is a 2 Star Motel 6 that has amazing crisis clean rooms and good people that work here and do their best to take care of this place the best I can to the best of their abilities with what they're given. All In All by far the best experience I've ever had at a Motel 6 this facility will always get my business and I will get as many other people to consider the option as well

The good: The older lady on front desk night shift is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, beds are softer than typical Motel 6 beds, you can open the windows for fresh air, AC works great. The bad: TV doesn't work, phone is broken, cigarette burns on one of the blankets in a nonsmoking room, room smells very musty like a basement, ceiling is peeling and falling down, gum stuck under nightstand, shower is too nasty for me to use and I frequently stay at Motel 6s so I'm used to "OK" showers. My last issue is when I spoke to the front desk through my crackling phone by guessing and pressing 0 I was greeted by someone other than who I met upon check-in, I simply asked if any other rooms are available and mentioned the shower not being up to par "I'll put in a note about it but it is clean. *click*" ... thanks? Also if it bothers you these rooms are still carpeted and it's clearly old, but they've done good at keeping it spotless. Motel 6... please put some work into this place.

This place does NOT look like the photos on their website. I think more people live here vs rent hotel rooms. There was definitely drug and other activities going on here. We asked for a non-smoking room but the room smelled like an ash tray. There were burn holes in our comforter, hair on the towels and in the shower, the shower was covered in dirt and mold, the chair was covered in something disgusting, stains on the walls, etc. After we asked for a refund and grabbed our bags, their was a lady in a car parked next to us passed out on drugs with the car door open. We rented this hotel for one night thinking it would be a decent place for a decent price. We ultimately did get our money back. That's the only positive that I can say. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel for families with children. It did not feel safe in any way. My advice? Go next door to the Red Roof Plus. That's what we ended up doing and was more than satisfied!

My fiancee and I were staying here 4-5 nights a week for my work. The way my per diem works is we get cash and stay where we want so we went with this motel as it's right by my work, I come from out of state, and was cheap sonwe had more money for food&such. You get what you pay for. There are many drug dealers/prostitutes and they walk & talk outside all hours of the night. I work anywhere from 3pm-3am so given I'm a night owl it didn't bother me other than being approched by one person asking if I "wanted to work". Construction goes on well into the night, 9/10pm. Didn't bother me as I don't sleep then, my fiancee wasn't happy but it wasn't every night. We always get a king bed. Manager didn't seem to like us once she found out what I did for a living. Worry about the illegal activities before worrying about what I do to make a living legally. On one particular stay the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking, bad. Not a minor leak. It was raining in the bathroom. So much for their renovation, right? We were moved to a room with two beds, given there are two room opptions we were basically moved to a room that was the complete opposite of what we paid for, awesome. The first room had a fridge with a freezer so I got some frozen food. Next room didn't. Threw the food away. We checked in one time and was told by a man up front there was a note about us arguing one night. Since we stayed there 4-5 nights a week for a month I had to really think but we never argued while we were there. So while odd I assumed they mixed us up with someone else since no one from up front ever called our room or came to ask us to quite down. Our last stay was very typical. Nothing exciting. Because I work nights when I get off early I'm wide awake and my fiancee and I will lay in bed and talk. We can be loud talkers but by no means yell when we talk. A man in the room over knocked on our door around 3am and asked if we could quiet down and we did. I'm not sure if it was us being intimate or our talking that he heard but regardless we took the volume down many levels and eventually went to sleep. Not sure if this was reported to the front desk or not, I would assume not as staff never came to our room or called the room to mention a complaint. I called today to make our reservation for the week and was told we were on the do not rent list because of all our arguing, slamming doors, and the refunds they had to give because of it. I was shocked. Well I laughed, then I was shocked and honestly angry. First, we never argued while staying here. We rarely argue, period. If I'm somehow forgetting and argument and we were somehow loud enough for someone to hear, which I'm still confident never happened, why didn't a staff member address the situation then? Why continue to let an 'issue' disturb your guests? Second, we never slammed any door, ever. We aren't 5. So where this came from is beyond me and honestly makes me feel the manager is just mad over my job still. Third, you gave refunds because all this 'arguing'? Really? If I didn't get a refund for it raining in my bathroom and being moved to a room I didn't want why would you give a refund for arguing that a) never happened and b) why wouldn't you address the issue?! I mean am I surprised they never addressed the issue, no. If they were proactive in taking care of their guests they wouldn't allow all the prostitution and drug dealing and the staff are aware because I had a man at the front desk on 3rd shift tell me "It's an issue but that is who these types of motels attract. We can't expect business men to stay here, so it's them who support this place." Really?! You allow illegal activity because it supports the place? I never complained to the front desk about these issues, other than the one discussion above, my concerns over being to a room I didn't pay for and the hotel enabling illegal activity we're addressed with corporate and KPD. Not a place for families. If you are laid back like us it's fine. If you are selling your body or need a quick fix you'll be...

I really was happy with my beginning of my stay .I got a sweet instead of a regular room, that will always make someone happy but then on the second night of our stay my husband got accused of being someone else and they terminated our stay. Not only was this a huge inconvenience because I had to move out of the room in such a short notice it costed me my job because I could not be at two places at one time. So with that being said im so angry!!!!! I was making $27 an hour to move out of the room that cost me $40 a night. So you tell me, how was my stay ???I'm a raging angry so when you can get me my job back then I will give you a good review .At every chance I get, every turn, when my family is suffering because of your mishap of your employee not paying attention to detail how can you get someone messed up, when I know there's only one husband of mine that looks even remotely the way he does, in the world. So how is my stay absolutely Dreadful horrible I will never be back I will never tell anyone anything good about Motel 6. The only thing that I have to say about Motel 6, as it has cost me a lifestyle change ,it is costing me the welfare and stability of my family, because of the lack of better judgement from your midnight clerk named Charles. So by all means I hope that the bad effect from this review on your Motel is really going to affect your company I do need you to be aware that the employees that you hire there to work for your company have affected my family in a catastrophic way. I'm so upset you have no idea I know that in time, karma will have its way with your night clerk but right now, is all I can think about it needs to be bestowed on your company with such mishap that your s that have it out for the working woman, I don't know, I don't care ,but you need to get rid of him or I really think I will sue your company. The bad part about it is, I guess the icing that really took the flavor off the cake, is that they realized when we were checking out that they had made a mistake. They (the employees) was not willing to correct it because they told us once someone has been put in the system that cannot be removed. Regardless if it was their fault as a company or probably employee whatever surely wasn't my fault, but no they're not wanting to do anything about it but just say hey I'm sorry we realize we made a mistake but you still need to go . We don't want your money it's no good. Contact me and let me know what...

Ok so I think I scarred my kids for life..the SCARIEST AND DIRTIEST HOTEL EVER. So we are on our way to Myrtle Beach after a VERY long day of ball... We stopped about 4.5 hrs into the trip to spend the night bc we are exhausted and super dirty and sweaty from being at the ballpark all day... Well I booked a hotel on our way down... I picked something cheap that didn't have "horrible" reviews and paid online... Well as soon as I pulled in I had a bad feeling.. Shady people everywhere. The only parking place available was the farthest from our room. Because you guys had robbed in multiple random parking places. I'm assuming they were landscape rocks but they took up multiple parking places!.. as soon as we park two scary guys come out of nowhere. And just kind of stare us down. So we start to walk as fast as we can to our room well on the way we ran into a scary scary couple who look like they were on some drugs.. And then around the corner was a lady that looks like she could possibly have been a prostitute Maybe.. not trying to judge... I had a really bad feeling and we end up running to our room and on the way there I'm holding my car keys like a Knife just in case I need to stab someone in self-defense! LOL. We finally make it in our room and as soon as we open the door we all gasped because it smelled of dirty booty vomit smoke!!!! So I start pulling back the covers to Lysol everything and the pillowcase had black all over it and there was hair on the sheets and at this time my daughter was trying to get in the shower and the cold water falls off and is broke.. we look down and there is hair in the shower and moldy stuff growing on the wall! I make the smart decision that we need to leave ASAP.. so you should have seen us on the emergency exit escape practically running for our lives to get back to our car!!!!! I had my key ready for a knife and Carter had a charger ready for a knife! We were going around every corner like we are in the FBI with our backs practically up against the wall and I'm looking around the corner before I send the kids on to make sure the coast is clear!! Then we had a straight path we ran to the car jumped in went to the front desk told her about how scary it was and how dirty it was and she was very very kind and refunded our money!! We went to the Holiday Inn Express! The receptionist here was shocked, kind, very sweet and accommodating, horrified and a tad admused with our story. And gave us...
