My first visit to Tennessee and First time to Culver's was a great experience, leaving me satisfied with both the food and service. I had heard a lot of positive buzz about this place and comparison to In&Out burger and it certainly (unfortunately didn't) live up to the hype. They are known for their signature Culver Deluxe and ButterBurgers, fresh frozen custard, and friendly hospitality, Culver's delivered an enjoyable meal that I'll remember. For my main meal I tried the Double ButterBurger with cheese, customized with only ketchup. Perfectly cooked, with two smashed patties that were good but not well seasoned. Culver's lightly buttered and toasted bun, which adds rich flavor that pairs beautifully with meat. The melted cheese brought a creamy texture, even a simple burger should be very tasty.. it really wasn't savory as l expected but still good enough to finish. I also ordered the crinkle-cut fries, which were golden, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. I also tried the vanilla shake, which did not disappoint. It was thick, smooth, and perfectly sweet, with a rich, creamy vanilla flavor that tasted far superior to your average milkshake. Finally, I (big back) also had the North Atlantic Cod fish sandwich. Served piping hot, the fish fillet was crispy and golden on the outside while remaining tender and flaky on the inside. The lettuce was the only downfall as it was a little soggier than I would have liked. The freshness and temperature of the sandwich were impressive, and it was a nice surprise to enjoy a seafood option at a burger joint. Beyond the food, one of the standout aspects of my visit was the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that added to the overall experience. They took the time to explain the menu options, answer questions, and ensure my order was prepared just right. From the prompt service to the genuine smiles, their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident. Overall, my first experience at Culver's was outstanding. BUT honestly In&Out Burger has nothing to...

Absolutely terrible experience from the moment we walked in. 4 woman standing around just staring at us while we wait to take our order mind you there is no customers in front of us to wait for. They just stand there continuing their conversation while we stand their awkwardly as a man is going from the lobby to behind the counter serving another customer their food in the lobby he said sorry and spoke to the woman asking if someone could do something take our order or deliver the food. They literally just ignored him and carried on. He takes our order and then we wait the kid's meals were good and mine was made correctly however my husband's was missing lettuce and onion but the strangest part was the condiments were on both sides of the patties not on top. When the man I think Andrew came by to ask how are meal was we told him ours was great and what I mentioned above about my husband's. He said hold on a sec and that he would see if he could do something. We said no worries just not a great experience but we were fine. Well he came back to the table before we left and said sorry I asked and they said No I wanted to do something for you all but they wouldn't budge. We of course didn't care because that wasn't why we shared it with him we just responded to him since he stopped at our table and asked. I will say our day visits are much better then night the staff seem to take pride in the food they serve and value the customer's differently then at night. The manager was one of the woman standing talking so we new it pointless to communicate with her since she was part of the problem. For a family of 6 that comes in frequently we definitely can say 3 out of 10 times the experience is sub par. Being from the north this is not how a...
