All I wanted was to pick up my To-Go order, but instead I was given attitude by one of the employees named 'Miranda'. The togo order was suppose to be ready at 7:33pm after placing the order right around 7:00pm. I go ahead and get there ahead of time and wait in the parking lot until 7:30 and then precede to get out of my car and head for the front door. I then saw a sign that said "Curbside pickup call this number and we'll get your order". After seeing this sign i decide to get back in my car and park it in the curbside pickup spot situated just to the right of the front doors. I then call and ask about my order. The first phone call was cordial. she said that my order wasn't ready and to call back in 5 mins. I said okay and hang up. I then waited past 5 mins around 7:37 to give it a second call. Miranda answers the phone again and says "yeah that orders not ready...thank you." and then hangs up. I have no idea when i should call back but I give it the benefit of the doubt and call back 7:50..no answer just dial tone for several seconds. So i restart the call and at 7:51 Miranda picks up the the phone and hollers, "Hiiii this is Miranda HOW CAN I HELP YOU." I said" its me again just curious about that order. SHe then says "WHErE aRe you this order is ready. Just come in and pick it up." then in the background i could hear the squealing of girls laughter then she says" sorry you weren't suppose to hear that." I said i'll come in and get it. I walk inside the first set of doors and she stands up and hands me the bag of food and says " I"m so sorry you had to wait so long for your food." I just walk out. The most unfortunate part about writing this out is I can't quite capture the sheer sarcasm and general disrespect that Ms. Miranda was able to produce over the phone...

This was a dual hosted restaurant unexpectedly the host ignored me for the first ten minutes mind you I had called my order in twenty minutes prior once I was noticed she asked my name and before I could complete she says" nope not ready yet" when my food was ready she brought it to the hostess station sat out down and walked away for an additional five minutes once she returned to give me the food I had already paid for before arrival I noticed that the serving size for the side order of Mac and cheese was half a cup literally at best I turned around at the entrance of the restaurant to go and request an actual serving of the side being it had cost $4.99 yes$4.99 for macaroni and cheese the host took the to go cup that was the size of a ice cream cup you buy in the grocery store and went to the kitchen( which to my understanding is a huge no no food that leaves the kitchen or restaurant should never reenter its against health codes. ) She leaves the cup at the pick up window and walks to the bar speaks with the tender walks back to the front ignores me ways on two others then returns to the pick up window grabs a container of the same size and walks back to me hands me the container and walked away without a words while I was trying to say thank you. I got to car only to find it was the exact same cup I was given and that it had sat on the countertop of the kitchen for an additional ten minutes asking with the unknown time when I initially arrived. Is it me or has covid changed the whole person to person etiquette and pride in services. There was no shame or genuine resolve I was simply made to wait for the same item to be brought back and despite my complaint and request it was ignored almost in a condescending belittling manner I'll never eat at this...

First off it was darned near the only place open. A lot of places that were supposed to be open 24 hours were closed or take out only. Second off the food was much better than I expected to be. Service was a little slow but it was pretty full. I ordered the big fish sandwich, and it was a large hoagie bun and the fish was 25% bigger than the bun. The waffle fries were sort of waffle crumble fries but they tasted good. I don't think I've eaten at a Hooters since probably 10 years. Price wasn't bad the food was excellent.

Years later. The food was good. The atmosphere was loud, but it was a Saturday night. I ate the fish and chips, and ordered it with waffle fries. The menu stated that it came with my choice of fries. The service was a little slow, but there was a service dog that everyone was treating like a regular dog and he was cute (but large). They tried to charge me extra for the waffle fries, on the premise of the SANDWICH menu stated that they charged extra for waffle fries. Well, fish and chips are not a sandwich, you can't have fish and chips without the chips, and the free option was curly fries which are not exactly chips. After we complained, they took $2 off our bill (the fries were a $1.49 charge). We shouldn't have had to ask for that. But it was not such a gaffe that we would...

This hooters is close to my house so we have ordered from here a few times. If the order is suppose to be ready in 20 minutes , wait an extra 20min so you’ll only have to stand there for 10min waiting for them to get your food ready. The last 4 times I’ve ordered from here I’ve waited between 30-50 min longer than the pick up time! They ignore you for about 10 minutes while you stand at the door before someone will ask “what’s the name” as they rudely walk by to do something else. They avoid eye contact with you so you don’t ask them about your order. This is an every time thing. I actually hate leaving reviews unless something is really bad or really good. But after 4 times of this nonsense, here it is. Pickup time was 9:16pm tonight. The bag says it was ready at 9:44pm. The food wasn’t ready to go until 9:54. Also the fries were ice cold when they finally got it bagged up so I asked to get new ones. The lady went to hand it to the kitchen, turns and asks me is it a pickup or a personal order. I told her it’s for me and she says oh ok, pulls the fries back and throws them away.. like she was going reheat them if it wasn’t my order. This place has went down hill so bad it’s not funny!!

We arrived after around 10pm on a Wednesday night and it was pretty much empty and the server told us that we could sit wherever we wanted and since we're smokers we chose the deck which was completely empty. The perfect atmosphere for me. Our server was Johana and she was THE perfect server in every way. She was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and there was never a wait on refills on our drinks. A very beautiful and sweet young lady who was interesting and funny to chat with. The food was hot, fresh and wass very tasty. It was served very quickly and the slight mistake was taken care of very quickly, as though it had never happened. So why only three stars, you may ask? The price!!! Three beers, a side salad, onion rings, 15 wings and an order of shrimp was nearly $100!!! That is simply extortionate. Also, someone who was obviously a regular was yelling across the deck, making unnecessary comments to us and his waitress did nothing about it. In conclusion, Atmosphere was great. Server was phenomenal. Food was very good, but DEFINITELY not worth the price. I doubt I would go back, simply because of the extortionate prices.

Went here for about 6 nfl weeks this season. In general, the food has been good. Waitresses could use some more training. They seem to have problems greeting you when you walk in the door or in just simply telling you that it will be a minute. Waitress on two occasions didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted an appetizer until after I was at the table for more than 10 minutes (I get a table for two and my wife takes a while to get here because of work). The biggest problem - and I experienced this on every week I came here for the 430 game - why does it take so long to change the TV channels to the 4 pm games? In the picture, the manager is writing on sheets of paper to announce what TVs will have what games. He writes them out BEFORE he changes any channels. 7 minutes of game time passed in the game I was watching before TVs were changed.
