Jacob's Deli & Grill — Restaurant in Knoxville

What an amazing establishment!!! Excellent ownership- Kelly is super genuine, personable, and actually greets and remembers her customers! It’s honestly how customer service should be at any establishment!

My wife Kathleen and I have been there twice now, and we have felt welcome each time. Robin is also amazing, and very attentive always filling our water and seeing if we need anything! All the employees are excellent! I initially was skeptical when I heard ‘best burger in town’ but this place is no joke- it truly is “THE BEST BURGER IN TOWN” hands down that we’ve had in Knoxville, Tennessee!!!

We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this wonderful establishment! Keep up the great work...

I have been getting the Reuben with Swiss sandwich at Jacob's for many years and have always said it was the best Reuben sandwich in Knoxville. However today was not the case. My sandwich although good did not have the Swiss cheese that makes it so gooey and excellent.(I did ask for it with the Swiss cheese!) I also ordered a small order of onion rings and a side salad. The salad in the past always has crackers included, but were not included today for some reason. Also, prices have gone up! Jacob's has always been a great place to eat and the staff very friendly. Maybe just an off day?? Hate to see prices go up and...

This place is definitely a hidden gem! I've been driving by it forever and never stopped until recently. My only regret is that I haven't stopped sooner! So far I've had their black angus burger, french fries and turkey deli sandwich and all have been great! I've had take out and eaten inside and either way it's super fresh and made to order. The place is super cute and fun little hole in the wall kind of vibe. The staff is all really nice too. If you're looking for a good old school deli / lunch spot this is the place.
