Lucky Buffet — Restaurant in Knoxville

We heard good things about the Lucky Buffet but the entrance has never grabbed our attention to “Come in”. It’s across the street from the courthouse and I needed to renew my plates so I tried it out. I was pleasantly surprised at not only the options they had but how fresh it was and sitting there listening to other customers, it sounded like it was a regular thing for them to visit. The wait staff definitely knew most of the people that were in there and talking about family and events.

The price is reasonable for what they offer and I am going to say that it is the best buffet outside of Des Moines and in our area.

My wife agreed after I took her there… and she has literally got up and walked out of other buffets because she didn’t want to get sick. We will definitely be back if we are in Knoxville and in the mood...

We went there Christmas eve, the food was horrible and I mean really funky. The wall on the south east corner is covered in mold (black mold) and I can't believe the city let's them conduct business. 75 dollars and tip later I have a strep throat and diarrhea for two days. Listen I am not a Chinese food person and took one for the team, (and the whole team is sick) but avoid this place it is really bad. They had children taking our drink orders and they never did get it right. This place needs health inspectors crawling all over it but still is in business. Way to...

We have not only enjoyed the good food on the buffet, but have loved getting to know the sweet little family that runs the place! They are doing their best to find good deals on meat and produce so they can continue to provide the buffet at a decent price. They have a good variety of foods on the buffet (especially for a smaller restaurant). Go support local restaurants and businesses! :D Update: Still serving GREAT food & still have GREAT...
