This experience started off horrible and I have never seen anything like it in my life. My brother made a mistake while ordering, so the cashier needed to void an item, but she had to wait for the manager for numbers. The manager was busy at the time so we were waiting for a while. Then in the middle of taking our order, the cashier was instructed to start running drive thru orders outside. So we’re just standing there waiting for another 3 minutes before someone else comes up to finish our order. I order a double quarter pounder meal, I tell we her I have a special request, I don’t like sesame seed buns so can you please substitute for a potato roll. I heard her yell the special request back to the kitchen and even say “I hope they heard that.” With a laugh. However when I get my food, it is the sesame bun. I take it up to get replaced, waiting another 5-7 minutes I’m now verbally upset and complaining about the situation. I want to thank the female manager, even though she was clocked out, she went back to the kitchen to find out they had send the sandwich up but someone took it again. So now this is the third time I’m waiting for this sandwich and my family are done with their meals. At the end she also came out and gave me a gift card. Read moreEmployees are VERY rude. Went through the drive through during the dinner rush. We waited a fair amount of time and didn’t see our order pop up on the screen so we asked the worker if she got everything and she repeated the order back to us. When we got to the second window we had part of our order missing and asked for the remaining. The lady VERY RUDELY said “you need to go back around through the drive through because it didn’t get charged and I’m not taking cash.” We asked her if she could have someone just run the card over since the drive through now had a good 10 cars in it and she still refused. So we asked for the manager. After explaining the situation, and offering to pay again he said “I guess I’ll give it to you for free since I don’t have time to run it.” After waiting an extra 10 minutes in the parking lot they gave us our food with A MISSING FRY. I took the bag of food and the receipt inside and told the manager I was missing a fry and despite just talking to me he asked to see my receipt AND ruffled through my bag of food as if to check that I wasn’t lying. Read moreEver since they got new management it’s slowly going downhill. Either they need to get new people in or change the management. I haven’t been going to this McDonald’s hardly anymore. I would usually order a fry through the drive through but the last couple of times they were either cold or not fully cooked. One day I ordered the Big Mac Chicken and it was pretty good. Then decided to order it again and it was alright it wasn’t as good maybe because it was colder. Maybe it will be better again so I tried it again for the third time and I received a Big Mac. I was very disappointed at that plus the fries were cold. After that I have not been recommending this place. It use to be pretty good like how a normal McDonald’s should be.
