The food would get 5 stars as it is alway great and I don’t want to take anything away from their great food but.......

The 3 stars is from how their mixing up an order was handled. Their answer to get the correct item ordered was for me to come back through the drive thru line (this was during lunch). I questioned if I could just come up to the door to get the correct item and was told they were drive thru only. I understand that concept but when the business messes something up they should be a little more accommodating- especially in light of the dangerous drive thru situation they have. The time from getting in line at the drive thru the first time to getting out of the drive thru the second time was 43 minutes. That’s really not ok in my opinion.

This place is awesome! I haven’t tried anything I didn’t like here. The Petro is amazing. The medium size is big enough for a normal person to feel full for sure. The loaded potato is amazing and big enough for a meal. Their hot dogs are yummy. They even have a vegetarian option for chilli which is awesome!! Be sure and ask for extra toppings if you like a lot of a certain topping. Sometimes you get them in separate containers on the side, sometimes they put them on there. This location is open later than a lot of the other locations, which is great for people that are working and have late dinners. The employees have great customer service skills and are so nice. I would definitely recommend eating here! They don’t have these restaurants everywhere and it is nostalgic to the 90s when they had them in Nashville for me. The food was okay but the staff was friendly. They basically sell chili bowls, nachos, hot dogs, and baked potatoes. I really liked the fact that they offer vegetarian chili and chicken chili. My daughter got her food with vegetarian chili, I got chicken chili, and my husband got regular chili.

The biggest issue here was lack of seasoning. The chili is supposed to be the star of the dish and mines was very bland. I had to add hot sauce to it. Plus the Fritos at the bottom were cool but I wish I would have gotten the lettuce instead.

There are three kids meal options. My daughter had the Mac and cheese which came with a tasty cookie and a juice box.
