Read moreDrive thru window employee botched our order multiple times at the speaker and when we got to the window and I tried to correct it, she acted like she didn’t understand and then went back and forth to the kitchen multiple times. She charged us for the extra item she decided we had ordered even though I had told her no and repeated the correct order to her twice. When she went to charge my card, I asked if she had corrected the order and she said yes, then when she had handed me the receipt she hadn’t. Then I said she had charged us for the wrong thing and she showed me that she had added the wrong burrito in to our order. And gave me a terrible smile. When I said we didn’t want it, she took it out and said goodbye and closed the window. We made her give it back to us because she was acting like she didn’t understand that I wanted a refund and I knew that was going nowhere. Terrible service, definitely won’t be returning.
This is the third time we’ve gotten food here and it’s ok food but nothing to write home about, especially given I’m from Southern AZ.
If you want good taco stand food, go to Victor’s on Cumberland. Might not be drive through but at least they’ve always been nice and they’re tortillas...

To the little girl at the front that completely ignored me and acted like she was doing me a favor for being in her presence should be fired immediately if I were the owner. This was the most unbelievable experience I have ever had. Very Very Very rude individual. I have never even tried the food and never will.
Reply to owner: this was the location on Kingston Pike where the old Chick fil A was. The woman was short, dark headed and working the front. I pulled through the drive thru at 9:00 am. The open sign was on but no one answered when I went through the drive thru. Then I pulled to the front to go up to the window where the girl completely ignored me. She was so worried about the plastic ramekin cups blowing off the counter that she wouldn't open the window to take my order nor would she look at me. I was waving and trying to get her attention. A cook came and opened the window, cups blew off and she got mad and stormed off. I asked the cook if they were open and he didn't respond so...
