Can I give six stars please? Brazeiros Brazilian Steakhouse is my absolute favorite upscale restaurant in Knoxville. We went to dinner there a couple of times and held my daughter's bridesmaids' luncheon there in 2012. My husband I went for a special occasion last night and had an excellent meal. Dinner is not cheap. We paid $44.95 for all the meats. Plus drinks, tax and tip and feel it was worth it. There are different levels of pricing depending on if you want salad bar only or if you want chicken. The each come with unlimited sides. The sides are polenta, caramelized bananas, garlic mashed potatoes and delightful cheese filled rolls. You can request black beans and rice and forofa - a Brazilian dish of toasted cassava. They give you a little card when you are seated. One side is red and the other green. Help yourself to the salad bar first. Toppings include a few of the traditional cucumbers, tomatoes etc. But, also thinly sliced salami, hearts of palm, smoked salmon etc.(All items are in individually wrapped fingertip bowls right now). The magic starts when you finish the salad and flip that little card to green. That's when the sides and gauchos start appearing with large chunks of skewered meat that they serve at your table. Use the tongs you're given to remove each slice as it is cut. You can expect leg of lamb, several sirloin of different seasonings, chicken wrapped in bacon, pork ribs, sausages, filet mignon, lamb chops and more. You can request if you want one in particular and missed it or wait until it comes around again. Turn the card to red when you want to take a break. They will also bring you a fresh clean plate at any time. Turn the card to green to restart the process. The servers work together to provide you with excellent service. Empty plates are quickly removed and replaced. Last night our tea glasses never approached empty. They deftly remove crumbs from the white tablecloth with a very small special tool even. We have never had reason to skimp on the tip at less than 20% or more. This isnt casual dining. Tips are shared and the service is exceptional.

3 stars because the beef was decent. We arrived on time and we were told that we’d have to wait ca. 20min despite the reservation. Not a great start… they did seat us quickly though. Our waiter was excellent, very attentive and accommodating. So, the food is generally pretty mediocre: the salad bar was OK, but very simple, small selection, and not as exciting in its flavor profile. Their sides are OK, but potatoes and polenta are rather subpar. The meat was on and off: pork chop was hard and dry, but pork ribs were tender and well seasoned; the lamb wasn’t good (probably old and it did stink, they don’t know how to season it); the seasoning on sausage was the same as on other meat cuts (including lamb) and it tasted like a marinade of some sort and I didn’t like it. We did like the beef (probably best I’ve had in Knoxville so far) but it was inconsistent: their temperatures were totally off and sometimes it wasn't even edible for that reason (we don’t like well-done). As far as we looked into the kitchen, they’re roasting the meat the wrong way, which is why the temperature is so uneven. We ordered old fashioned as a drink and it was way too bitter; probably the worst old fashioned that I’ve had in my life, I couldn’t even taste the alcohol. It’s unusual for Knoxville to have bad drinks like that. I had high hopes for the restaurant, but we won’t be going back unfortunately: the price of $150 for 2 people for a dinner where we don’t enjoy 2/3 of meat just isn’t worth it. I’m spoilEd by Chama Gaucha in San Antonio, I guess ;)

My wife and I were vacationing in Knoxville and had the opportunity to dine here for our 41st anniversary and were very glad we did. The atmosphere was excellent, food outstanding and the service exemplary. The manager worked the room like he was hosting a family party. Very personable and thoughtful. At one point, I had an empty plate and was approached with concern that I wasn't enjoying my meal. I assured the manager that this was not the case, that I was just "taking a break" at which time he was asked which of the meats I preferred. Beef won hands down. Within seconds no less than 4 servers were at my side, offering their hot and perfectly cooked fare. The attention to detail is commendable. Water glasses never got below half full and clean plates magically appeared in place of the used ones. The servers were attentive but never intrusive. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, we we were offered a complimentary dessert. We chose the Chocolate Eruption Cake at the recommendation of one of our servers and despite the fact that my wife had just said she couldn't eat another bite, one taste of the cake and she quickly forgot that vow! It was flawless! All in all, we would highly recommend Brazeiros Brazilian Steakhouse. You will not regret it.

Thanks for reading my review! I hope it helps! The food was great, but they overbooked. I've never waited 45 minutes for a table with a reservation.

The place itself was clean and the servers were outstanding as was the food. The ladies room was lacking soap in one of two dispensers as well as paper towels in one of two dispensers. That is a huge problem!

They did have gloves for people to use for the salad bar, I think I was the only one that used them haha. The salad bar itself I would say really sucked. There was some wilted, lettuce and basic veggies to make a salad. I'm used to Brazilian steakhouses that have a whole spread with fruit and hot side dishes and cold side dishes and salad fixings. The salad bar itself was disappointing.

There are a few menu items you can select including a boatload of meat, a medium amount of meat and the works, which is the one that includes the salad bar. I would recommend just getting an all meat menu option and eating salad at home before.

I spent $240 for three people. That's with drinks and 20% tip and the "full experience" menu option. I would say it was worth it this one time only because my dad loves meat and potatoes and it was Father's Day :-). But I won't go again unless I eat salad before and I will not buy the $50 boatload of meat, full experience. I'll just get the meat only and tell my friends to eat some lettuce before haha.

The worst part was the host and him not knowing how to seat people in an orderly fashion as well as overbooking like I said. It was a total mess. I was a hostess for a few years, it's not for everyone! It certainly wasn't for this guy. He had a great smile but he sucked at his job.

I would recommend only going for weekend lunch or during the week nights when it is not crowded. Definitely don't go when it's going to be busy!

If you are a vegetarian I would definitely not go here. Remember the salad bar sucks. And if you're concerned about germs (and cross contamination of meat and vegetables) being spread from people to people, I would not go here. Some of the servers would slide the meat off the skewers and the skewer tip would touch the customer's plate. So if they had cooties, the next person who got food off the skewer would also have cooties.

Sorry it's so long, getting points for my Google reviews and hope this is thorough and helps you make an...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brazieros restaurant in Knoxville, TN, and I must say, their exceptional service and ability to accommodate a party of 12 at short notice truly impressed me.

From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our large group was comfortably seated and attended to promptly. Despite the short notice, they efficiently arranged a table that comfortably accommodated all of us, making us feel welcomed and valued as customers.

The dining experience itself was nothing short of fantastic. Brazieros offers a unique and delightful Brazilian churrasco-style dining, where various types of delectable meats are brought to your table and sliced right in front of you. The quality and taste of the meats were outstanding, perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. Additionally, their extensive salad bar offered a wide variety of fresh, flavorful options that catered to all dietary preferences.

Throughout our meal, the staff was attentive and attentive, ensuring our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed for an enjoyable dining experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu, providing helpful recommendations and answering any questions we had.

In terms of ambiance, Brazieros had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with a rustic yet elegant décor. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the noise level was just right, allowing for pleasant conversation without feeling overcrowded.

Overall, I highly recommend Brazieros restaurant in Knoxville, TN. Their ability to accommodate a party of 12 at short notice speaks volumes about their commitment to exceptional customer service.
