My test is always ordering a hot, lavender and vanilla latte. Most places get the balance off by quite a bit. Spire Drink Co was spot on with the balance of flavors, the temperature of the coffee and the smoothness of the drink. The owners, Nicolas and Danielle were welcoming, attentive, and truly want to make a great experience for every customer. The modern aesthetic, is very calming and pleasant. The shops beautiful and relaxing atmosphere makes the desire to stay and enjoy the amazing cold and hot drinks they sell. I personally had an iced boba thai tea, which i found refreshing and delicious, ( i loved the tapioca pearls in my drink, creating the illusion of a snack and a drink ) I also had the chocolate croissant which melted in my mouth and tasted so good (i am a sweets person)!
