Some time has passed, and I still feel disgusted by the treatment and service that I encountered. The manager who identified herself as “Jasmine” is simply disappointing. I’m disappointed in the fact that a young lady who is in a position of continued growth, displays the most disrespectful character. I would describe it as “unbecoming a manager”.
The short story is that I ordered food in the drive through. No problems. I hand over my card, my card gets handed back to me. While waiting for the order to come up, two young ladies are gossiping about “people lying on them”. I don’t really care, I just wait. Jasmine hands me my order. I put it in the passenger seat. I drive away. As I’m driving away I hear her say something along the lines of “have a good one”, “Or NOT!”
I look behind me and she has this stuck up demeanor so I pull around and go inside. I didn’t address why I was inside, I simply asked who the manager was. The young lady that took my order said well she’s the highest one here right now. Jasmine just rolls her eyes at me, takes her monster energy drink and continues to sip her drink from the straw with the demeanor of “I’m in charge and you can’t do anything about it. I asked her if she had a number to the district manager. She said “it’s on the receipt” then continued back sipping her drink.
I tell myself, just walk away. As I’m walking out the door the young lady who took my order says “you mad because she said “or not”, boy bye! It was at that moment I was fuming inside. Now remember, I never addressed why I was requesting the number. However, they knew why I was in there because they know what they did.
Jasmine is supposed to be influencing others in a positive light. Yet, the team members she leads are following suit on her disrespectful behavior.
What’s interesting is that the same person I am discussing is pictured in a few comments down. At some point an employer has to have tough conversations and say “we decided to move in a different direction”.
I was able to source a customer service number. I am yet to get a follow...
Read morePeople are so stinkin rude. I stopped at Wendy's on merchant's drive in knoxville this afternoon and I bought food for a homeless man that had ask me for food, Not money only food while I was at Dunkin donut getting a coffee drink. I told him I would gladly buy him food if he would meet me at Wendy's. I placed my order then Pulled up the window to pay for it & the lady opens the window & saw him standing out in the parking lot And immediately said (oh no i'm not dealing with this!!!) And I said excuse me.What are you talking about?? She said it again, And I said if you're talking about that.Gentleman standing out there. I'm buying his food. She proceeded to hand me the drink, I handed it directly to him because he was standing next to my car on the passenger side the manager lady standing in the restaurant said the same exact thing We're not dealing with this today. And I said, excuse me, I'm buying this food & I am giving it to him. What is the problem?? Then they asked me to pull up and they would bring it out to me. I pulled Up and about 4 minutes later she sticks her head out the window, and says here you can come and get your food now. I looked at the man and I said no, you don't. They have to bring it to me because they asked me to pull up. The Manager lady is the one who brought it out and she handed it directly to HIM, not to me and I'M the one that paid for it. He handed it to me and I checked it to make sure is what I ordered which it was. But that's not the point. The point is, they should not have made those comments about that man. He did nothing wrong he had not even been in their store & was only walking across their Driveway. I asked her what the problem was she said I'm not dealing with this just take You're food. People need to stop going to that Wendy's on Merchant's drive. That is just rude for them to speak to me that way and to treat that man like that when he had done nothing to them whatsoever. District manager needs to fire both of them. My...
Read moreLet me just say this was by far the worst experience I've had here and it seems to continue to decline! I pulled up to speaker to order, the lady on headset was not pleasant or welcoming, but rude and acted as if I were a nuisance for even being there when I politely ordered a #1 a #9 and a 5 dollar biggie bag. When I said thank you after placing my order I got an mmhmm. Absolutely no professionalism! I'm honestly pretty pissed because after she handed me only 2 out of the 3 drinks I ordered she shut the window and turned her back to me while she proceeded to talk to 3 other crew members about covid and not going into work. When she started to hand me my order she did so in an unfriendly manner and I asked about my other drink and yet that seemed to be a damn problem as well. Okay cool having a bad day I get it but here's the 3rd strike (which I should have checked before leaving, but was already feeling rushed and unwelcome) I get home and the only thing correct was the 5 dollar biggie bag. I spent $27 dollars and for what I recieved did not even amount to that price. I'm also in the resteraunt business and being a GM I totally get it and honestly I hate even doing this due to the added stress that may come upon the GM for a bad review, but had these employees answered the phone when I called to try to get it corrected no one answered (probably because they were too busy getting paid to talk about covid instead of focusing on accuracy and customer service) I also want to add that I was not given a receipt (suprise suprise) because I tried calling in a formal complaint against the store and need the actual store #, but no worries Monday comes fast when they open. I honestly hope this review is taken seriously and some training in customer service development is pursued with all of their employees because it was uncalled for. I get it had I been a rude customer, but I even told the lady that I hope her...
