McDonald's — Restaurant in Kodiak

food was terrible. Everyone had a terrible attitude the manager was discriminating against my race and made my food come out late, they all give you dirty looks and treat you less than a person. For a restaurant to be this incompetent with no one else to serve and people still manage to get the food out to you 40 minutes later like this is a fast food restaurant? I could’ve took my money where I won’t be disrespected. I was nothing but nice to the employees but they all foam out the mouth with distasteful judgment. Not only that I witnessed them harassing a homeless man who clearly had no where to go and kick him out and speak horrible things about him in the process he wasn’t making any issues and wasn’t a hazard for the area either. The boy couldn’t even be more than 18 he didn’t bother them just ordered food and sat down and said nothing. I couldn’t just let them treat someone that needs help like that. This establishment is absolutely ran by a corrupt person and all the lap dog employees should be ashamed. Not only that but they lied on the poor boy, they kicked him out for having “medical substance” but he can’t even afford to get a drink? The kid even explained to him that he can’t possibly do that because he’s homeless and stranded in Alaska! And they still kicked him out! Cruel. I’ll never eat here again and you shouldn’t either. They discriminate against race and treat people with misfortune with no remorse. And they don’t answer the phone at the establishment either, horribly run. And I see them cross contaminate food all the time it’s truly disturbing. Do better or just get a better staff because this is...

The worst service ever, 4 times that I tried to go to the lobby entrance, they're lock the doors and they have the sign that they're suposed to closed at 8 pm and I was there at 1 pm. I see the staff hiding from me from inside lobby and I tried to ask one of the ladies why was the reason of closing early if they have the sing the door that they're close at 8 pm, she was some supervisor I guess and then she just decide in that moment bring another sign that it say "closing the lobby, we're understaf ". I see all the employees inside doing nothing in the lobby and i asked her that i just wanted to buy a smoothie she refused and she said if I want to order something I have to make the line on the drive thru, WALKING! that was so offensive! I told her I don't had a car because I'm not from here and it's already cold and windy outside so she just refused me and lock the door! I had to post this because is just not okay the way how she act in this situation. Really bad experience for the only one...

Went down there for dinner after work with my mother only for the lady to rush her, not letting her finish her sentences or the order for no reason. No one was behind us at least not enough to rush use when we just got there. Had enough time for my mom to say what she wanted correct her but when my mom asked me what I wanted I told her the moment the lady start rushing my mother and wouldn't add cause she "already sent the order out" when the order was NEVER FINISHED. It was very unprofessional and the whole time she was rude to us for no reason. We weren't yelling at her, or being rude or anything that would make it ok to treat us like this. If you don't like your job find a new one or suck it up and be professional and respectful to your customers. They should be respectful back but that's not always a case.
