Arby's — Restaurant in Kokomo

When I ordered the Greek gyro in drive thru today I specifically asked for no lettuce and extra sauce. I HAVE A Medical condition called Antiphosolipid Antibody Syndrome. Can NOT have a lot of it because of vitamin K. Right now I can't have any because of emergency surgery and my inr (how thick your blood is) is to thick so no leafy greens vitamin K. I got home and under all the meat was shredded lettuce on both and little sauce. So I take it they where all ready made before I ordered. Because one looked like they attempted to remove the lettuce. The second they didn't even attempt it. And I was very polite and said thank you like 3 times. When I got to the pick-up window I said sorry about the lettuce I can't have it right now. He said oh you're alright. Seriously lazy, bad customer service and thank God lettuce is noticable and can be easily removed but the sauce has to be removed with it. And a seriously injury was avoided. I would have returned it but getting around right now after surgery isn't easy. I don't get upset very easily but this did it. And the guy taking the order sounded upset or just rude and had to force a response out when I said thank you after I ordered. Still I said thank you twice more before I left. Customer at Mogan St.

Management called and resolved my problem and...

While the food may good and all I just want to say how disappointed I was at my most recent visits. The staff was inattentive and left things out of my order. The worst is there carelessness to others. Our state has mandatory mask rules in effect but they continue to go either maskless as they were today, or wore them hooked on one ear?? on a previous visit. Which did not cover any of there face. They have a "shield" on the drive window but it is mounted too high and does not protect anyone either. If you value your life do not go there. Covid is dangerous to my wife and I cannot continue to shop places that are not willing to...

It's Arby's, and it's was good! But the manager ( who waited on us) was quite rude and 'short'... there were no other customers inside or at the drive through but he was in an incredible hurry to get me out of there... rolled eyes when I didn't IMMEDIATELY spit out my order. Then, when I had a question about my options with a kids meal, he was incredibly annoyed... I wouldn't have cared had he not been the manager... I really wanted to ask him if he truly hated having a job or hated...
