Hardee's — Restaurant in Kokomo

Today was the worst service I’ve ever received from Hardee’s in Kokomo Indiana. I put in a mobile order for drive thru & headed there. Upon arrival I pulled up to the speaker & let them know I was there for my mobile order. They were very short with me & sounded irritated & told me to pull up to the window. Waited my turn & got to the window & the employee tried to hand me a coffee & platter that wasn’t my order. I said I am the mobile order & she said nothing & walked away to go tell someone. 5 mins later she comes back to tell me to pull forward. So I do with no hesitation. Another 5 minutes goes by & they pull another customer forward who parked right next to me. Easily 20 minutes goes by the employee brings out the second pulled forward cars order & doesn’t even acknowledge me. So I roll down my window & ask how much longer for my order. She turns around clearly annoyed by my question & disrespectfully says, you are a mobile order & we don’t start those until you are here. I said okay so like any other customers order?! It shouldn’t take 30+ minutes for a mobile order. She just walks away again & comes back 5 mins later with my order not apologizing or saying thank you or anything. Worst service ever. & then I get home & my food was literally unwrapped & crushed up. Didn’t even eat the food because I wouldn’t put it past people to spit in my food. Wasted $18 for my family’s breakfast & wasted time. I tried to call them & their number has changed it said & I can’t find the number anywhere. Such a joke. Usually its great here. This time I asked if the 5 dollar deal could have curly fries, she informed me that no it couldn't be substituted , so instead I got a regular meal. And she didnt ask me anymore questions. She said when your food is ready we'll bring it out. (Like they normally do) this time though she just shouted my number, when I come up our food is bagged even though we said "dining in") and I look inside and our fries are not curly. I said I'm sorry but we wanted curly fries. (Remember she didnt ask while we were ordering. But I thought my question about the $5 deal would have emplyed that we wanted curly) she said okay we'll have to drop some, she said she'd let me know when they were ready. It was late a little after 9pm on a Tuesday night. We were working outside most of the day & time for away from us. I ran in to get dinner for us right quick. However, most of the places on the north end of Kokomo had already closed. I noticed Hardee's was open & I went thru the drive-thru. I just decided to make it easy & order two of the 5pc chicken strip meals. Well, the two gentlemen working the store were very kind & helpful. When I got to the window to pay, he asked me if I could give him about 5 extra minutes so he could get me fresher chicken. I said no not at all & thanked him for offering. Once I paid & rushed home to feed us, I noticed more what he had done. They just gave us the fresher pieces & the others as well. We had enough chicken for 4 meals.
